"I stayed here for a J1 League match against Jubilo Iwata. It was close to Iwata Station and the price was cheap, which was helpful. Parking was also cheap at 500 yen per night from 2:30 pm, so the timing was good. There was a large public bath and the breakfast was average and satisfying. However, there were many people staying consecutive nights for work, so when I went to the breakfast venue before 7am, there was a line even though there were seats available. I think the line could be shortened if the rice and side dishes were served in a more creative way."

"I stayed here as a guest for a certain bus tour. I had never heard of this hotel before, but since it was a real hot spring, I was excited for the short time. The hotel staff was very friendly, and since it was New Year's Day, there was a barrel of sake and sweet sake in front of the front desk. So far, 120 points! Now, it was time to go to the room, so I walked, walking, walking, using the elevator as a landmark. From this point on, the oldness of the facility began to be noticeable. When I got off the elevator, the carpet in the hallway was full of stains. When I entered the room, the drawers of the built-in desk did not close. The window was not clean, so I could not enjoy the sunset. Because of this, I did not have high expectations for dinner, but the food was surprisingly good ♪ Fresh sashimi and herring roe were especially delicious. The eel was not thick and I couldn't tell it was that by looking at it, but the taste was decent. However, I have to say that the lack of "hospitality" is a sign that the miso soup is served before the person who is serving the sake, probably due to a lack of staff. When I went down to take a bath in the hot spring at night, I was surprised at how cold it was the moment I got off the elevator. This floor has a lot of glass surfaces, so even though the outside temperature has dropped, the heating has not been turned up, so it must have gotten cold, but this also seemed like Akashi's lack of hospitality. They should have kept it warm at least until midnight when you can take a bath. Breakfast is a buffet on the 10th floor. It starts at 6:30, so you can enjoy your breakfast while watching the sunrise. It was amazing! As expected, everything was delicious, but the fish, probably Spanish mackerel? It tasted like it was boiled, not grilled, and it was not very tasty. Those who wanted zoni were given zoni, but my companion was happy, saying it was delicious. Now, the hot spring that this hotel is proud of. The color is dark brown. As soon as I got in, I noticed the dirt and other oil floating on the surface, and I was shocked and got out immediately. It was New Year's Day, so many people, not just guests, had taken a bath from outside. The bathtub, which is modeled after a rock bath, does not overflow with a small amount of water. The water is dark brown, so you can clearly see the floating objects. The bed was so uncomfortable that I could only sleep for 3 and a half hours. The futon, mattress and bed were all very old. For these reasons, I have given the room an overall rating of "bad"."

"The location is good as it's in front of the station, and there are restaurants nearby where you can eat in the evening, which is convenient. There was a foreigner at the front desk (probably Chinese), but there were no problems. The breakfast buffet was on par with that of a typical business hotel, and was neither particularly good nor bad. Recently, more and more business hotels have large public baths, but this one does not have one."
