It is a place I often go to recently on business trips. When I came in December, Chris Mastree was also made in the lobby. ㅎㅎㅎ The airport is close and the city center is so good. The front desk staff are so friendly and especially the female staff are very friendly ㅎㅎ A little I checked late, so please contact me in advance and check if the schedule has changed. I will use it next time.

That is located in the middle of city centre. Really good location! Just one thing, when I booked the hotel, I left the comment regarding I would take my boyfriend who is an English and it was his first time to visit Jeju, so I requested to allocate a good room. But when we got a room key and when we went into the room, the door was opened and our room was not cleaned. I could see a few cigarettes on the floor as well. I was with the concierge and he also saw them and he looked quite freaked out. So he rang the reception straight away and showed us to another room. Anyway the new room was good and ac was working well. The bed was comfy. Just I am a bit disappointed about the cleaning service. As me and my boyfriend were really excited to stay there due to the good reviews.

First room they gave smelled, wifi didn't work, and the room didn't look like the picture. I asked to change the room which they did. The new room was good but overall the rooms were smaller than expected.

We find the room spacious and clean. Love the powerful shower and hot water. We enjoyed the buffet breakfast very much. The hotel is well located for walking around the shopping area and also some eateries. The hotel is only 10 minutes walk from the local market that opens only 5 days each month. It is less than 10 min drive from the airport and can just catch a taxi from the airport to get to the hotel.

It was excellent experience for me that I stayed at Hotel Leo from May 9 through May 14. In my opinion, Hotel Leo a small hotel but it is good enough for hotel guests. Small hotel so you don’t expect lots of amenities within the hotel but it was ok for me. And i think it is ok to other guests since we spend most of our stay outside the hotel, we go sightseeing, food and shopping. The room kept clean and tidy every day after the room make-up service. Adequate space in the room, I booked the Superior Double Room with a double bed big for me. The front desk staff especially Helen, Lee and Jay served me well. Polite and they were helpful to me during my stay last week. I consulted them on where to have my meals around the hotel and directions to where I wanted to go, they gave good guidance. I told the front desk staff that if I come to Jeju I want to stay at Hotel Leo again for its very good location, comfortable room and excellent service crew. Regards

Turn off the main light when you sleep, you must pull out the card at the door of the room to turn it off (refrigerators, air conditioners, etc. keep electricity), The sockets are faulty and the number is small, the air conditioner is often turned off, the towels are not properly arranged, and I don't know how to contact the counter in the room, etc. 20000 is a good place to live, but I don't think it is worth the big price to live. The room was comfortable and clean. Location was close to the bus station -around 5 mins by walk. It was also closed to the bus terminal and the airport. Everything was supplied in bathroom except tooth brusher. There were many restaurants nearby. In case you want room cleaning, you need to send text message to the reception everyday before 12 AM. I was not so happy with the floor cleaning and bedsheet change because I believe neither floor was cleaned nor bedsheet was changed. However, room is clean when you first check-in.
