"Excellent laundry service. The room we booked was listed as a non-smoking room on the application, but it was actually a smoking room. The man at reception told us that our request for a non-smoking room had not been received by the hotel and that the hotel did not have non-smoking twin rooms in the first place. We showed the non-smoking room listed on the Trip.com reservation page to the two representatives at the reception and they changed us to a family room with no windows. The room was non-smoking, but it smelled like cleaning chemicals, so we asked the front desk again the next day and the different receptionist assigned us a non-smoking twin room. The non-smoking twin room was very comfortable, but this whole process wore us down."

"Lokasinya strategis. Dekat dengan daerah kampus. Mau kemana - mana dekat. Fasilitasnya lengkap banget. Kebersihannya no. 1 siii. Ada taman di area kolam, buat nikmati waktu sambil ngadem² enak sii. Top deh buat Grand Valonia. Sukses terus yaa"

"Dari luar tampilannya nggak terlalu mencerminkan kelas hotelnya, kesannya biasa aja gitu nggak yang grand banget. Tapi begitu masuk kamar langsung wah banget. Sempet kaget karena luas kamarnya dan fasilitasnya sepadan sama kelasnya ast*n jember. ACnya nyaman, TV berfungsi, tempat penyimpanan bajunya pakai pintu geser gitu, air hangat gak mengecewakan sama sekali. Gak kaya di ast*n yang kudu nunggu dinyalakan lamaaaaaa baru muncul air angetnya. Atau kaya di fort*na gr*nde yang angetnya hanya suam2 kuku. Di hotel lain wastafel tanpa air anget. Disini air angetnya nyala dong. Mau wudhu tengah malem pun nyaman. Dan center pointnya buat anak2 ini karena kamar mandinya pakai bathtub. Jadi habis berenang, mereka bisa berendam di air anget yg kerasa banget angetnya. Rasa capek di punggung langsung buyar. Kalau untuk breakfast, rasanya oke. Enak. Tapi menunya simple aja sih nggak begitu bervariasi. Sesuai hargalah. Ada nasi putih, nasgor, sup bakso sayur, kare ayam, telur orak arik, tahu kress, buryam, toast, buah, coffee, tea, air putih, es jeruk. Tapi semuanya enak. Saran untuk perbaikan, kebersihan kamar mandi perlu ditingkatkan ya. Udah bersih sih, cuman di keramik pancuran bathtubnya dan cermin kamar mandi ada noda2 putih gitu. Cuman, dengan harga 340an ini super worth it banget. Sekeluarga udah sepakat liburan depan bakal kesini lagi."

"Both of the pillows cover smells no so good amd one of them partly tear off. Need to be renewed as it was mentioned by the room boy, it has been ordered for quiet long time but never been followed up. This occurs several times during my regular visit as i have to travel there to visit my daughter. Proper control of the customer services need to be adhered to approproately."
