"I was extremely satisfied with this hotel! Parking was incredibly convenient; no need to search for a spot, so great for drivers! There are tons of food stalls nearby, perfect for exploring the local area. The hotel room was clean and comfortable, with a strong shower and good soundproofing. The breakfast was delicious, there's a small garden where you can feed the fish, and a quiet place to read on the first floor – a peaceful and relaxing environment. Overall, a perfect experience, excellent value for money, and great service from Moling. Highly recommended!"

"The hotel is located at the corner of the community and should be considered newly renovated. The room is quite big. It's convenient for eating and shopping downstairs. Didi can go to the hotel entrance. I didn’t eat breakfast, so I don’t know what happened. The sign on the road was not big enough, and there were quite a few hotels nearby, so local friends drove to the wrong place and ran to the Wanlian Hotel building, only to see the sign diagonally across the road. Hygiene is good. The price/performance ratio is pretty decent."

The room was a bit cramped though, and I encountered a small bug in the bathroom, which is why I deducted 0.5 points for cleanliness. The breakfast really surprised me, it was delicious. Facilities: Excellent Cleanliness: A tiny bit lacking Environment: Garden-style Service: Great. I wanted to take a nap, so they extended my check-out until 2 PM."

The farm and the hotel are just across the road from each other, perfect for a full day out with the kids, but since we only stayed one night, we only got to spend half an afternoon there. The overall environment is clean and grand, with staff constantly cleaning and maintaining public areas. Leo's down-to-earth yet professional service left a deep impression. "On the last day of the Spring Festival holiday, I rushed here with my family from Beijing. I specially chose the independent courtyard of Rangju for experience. The privacy is very good. The waiters are nice and talkative. They are not overly enthusiastic and do all their work considerately. On the last day, there was a strong wind and temperature drop. The hotel extended the check-out time for us to shorten the waiting time to the station. The bedding and moving lines in the room are comfortable, which adds points to the experience. I went to Liangrang Hotel for breakfast and dinner. Although the dishes are not as rich as those in large hotels, they just meet the taste buds of Chinese people. Every meal can be eaten healthy and comfortable. I just didn't expect that Liangren Street next to it is only lively during activities. Usually there are only a few small shops open, but the owners of the small shops are very nice and carefully introduce their designs and intentions to customers. I have the opportunity to bring my family and friends to experience other room types recommended by the receptionist of Liangrang Hotel."

"The Deluxe View Twin Room I stayed in was a fairly standard experience overall. First and foremost, the hotel's facilities and service were excellent. The room was spacious, with good natural light and views of the city. The bedding was comfortable, and the facilities were well-maintained, clean, and tidy, making for a comfortable stay. The front desk staff were very welcoming, and the check-in and check-out processes were smooth. They responded promptly to any requests, demonstrating the hotel's attention to its guests, which is commendable. However, there were a few minor details that could be improved. One suggestion for the hotel: the breakfast selection and taste could be improved. A wider variety of options would be appreciated, although the basic porridge, noodles, and drinks were sufficient for most daily needs and acceptable for those who don't have high expectations for breakfast. The room's soundproofing was average; I could occasionally hear footsteps in the hallway. Those who are particularly sensitive to noise should communicate with the front desk in advance to request a room on the inside of the room. Overall, the hotel's location, facilities, and service are all excellent. However, there is room for improvement in some details. We look forward to the hotel addressing these minor issues to provide guests with a more perfect stay experience."

"Overall, it's pretty good. The room even had a slide and a rocking horse for kids, plus a huge indoor hot spring tub. The hotel is right above the hot spring facilities, making access very convenient. Breakfast is served at the newly opened Seasons restaurant. There's also the Seasons Floral Sea scenic area within the resort, making it perfect for family trips."

"Huge thanks to the front desk staff at Muyue for upgrading my room! The family terrace room was absolutely, incredibly comfortable. Having a terrace right outside the room meant I could experience Xitang without even leaving. The room layout was fantastic too – a king bed and a single bed, two sinks, and a bathtub. I'd definitely book this room again next time, even if it costs a bit more. The breakfast was also great, light and tasty. All the service staff were excellent. Plus, there's a shuttle right outside that takes you to the scenic spots. Highly recommend Muyue, I'm extremely satisfied!"

"I booked the Five Lakes Riverside Balcony Room with Main Channel View and Bathroom at Regalia Riverside for Dec 30 and 31, 2025. The room looks exactly as it does in the photos. The balcony has plug ins, teapot, teacups and tea prepared for you. Across the balcony, you can see the famous bridge and the boat station. You can also see up and down the channel. Room size is good for 2 persons. In the room is a heater/AC which worked perfectly and Ms. Sun also kindly turned on the heater since she knew my arrival time. The room has a kettle but no cups, coffee. Luckily I had brought my own. Also, know that the hotel does not provide breakfast - not a problem for me but for those we eat breakfast, just step outside. Location is perfect, it's in the heart of ancient town so easy to walk everywhere. Outside your door is snack street and at the end of the street is a "food court". Despite it's central location and opposite of the boat station, the noise was manageable. When I closed the balcony doors, I didn't hear anything (maybe too cold for people to loiter around?). Everyone was very nice and kind. Ms. Sun went out of her way to help me with my return bus ticket to Hangzhou, giving me directions on how to arrive at the hotel/meeting point where she waited for me, and her colleague even walked and waited for my car when I departed for Hangzhou. Going from Hangzhou to Xitang was an adventure as I read many different versions and my hotel told me another in my research. All in all, i highly recommend Regalia and Xitang! Thank you to Ms Sun and everyone for making my 2026 new year experience so memorable!"
