"This hotel has been on my wishlist for a long time, and I finally got to experience it. First off, the hotel's location is fantastic, right by the famous South Lake. Unfortunately, a typhoon hit during my stay, so I couldn't visit the historic Red Boat. However, I was incredibly impressed by how the Nanhu Hotel staff handled issues with such a proactive and helpful attitude. They didn't pass the buck; instead, they went above and beyond to find solutions. This positive experience alone has significantly boosted my impression of both Nanhu and Jiaxing. While it's a minor regret that my child couldn't go on the boat this time, it just gives us a good reason to come back again."

"Yaduo is the first choice for business trips, but this stay experience is really hard to describe. Although the hotel is not in the downtown area, there are construction sites nearby. The aromatherapy at the entrance is very pungent, which is not good for patients with rhinitis. The front desk waiter is considerate and helped to pour tea when checking in, but the professionalism is not very high. It took more than 5 minutes to check in, and there was no dialogue and communication throughout the process. After arriving at the room, there was a smell of formaldehyde in the room. I contacted the front desk to change the room and waited for about 20 minutes. My eyes were red from waiting in the room. Although the second room did not have any formaldehyde smell, it was obvious that it had just been treated. There was a faint smell of air freshener when I entered, which covered up the formaldehyde smell of the decoration. I tried to accept it. The sanitation of the room can only be said to be average. There were a lot of cotton wool on the floor that was clumped together. The water flow in the shower was large but not hot. In short, it was really average, lacking enthusiastic service and no professional training."

"Advantages: The hotel is newly opened, the room is very good, the parking is also convenient, the entrance is the ground parking lot Small disadvantage: I waited for a long time to check in at the store. Several staff members didn’t understand why. I stood at the front desk for a while. The staff with the iPad came over to dock. I told the news as soon as I came in. In addition, we ordered a milk tea. I waited for half an hour and didn’t come. Calling to ask the front desk that the robot is too busy, and the efficiency needs to be improved. The room we stayed in seemed to be a few rooms left, because the door was opened in the past. After taking a bath, I found that there was hair on the small towel. I didn’t know if I didn’t change the grass or something. I didn’t dare to use it. In addition, there was no bag in the trash can in the room. I don't know if it was just finished cleaning and I didn't have time. There is room for improvement in all aspects of the newly opened store, but the price is not low. I hope to catch it. "Decided last minute to go to Jiaxing for a musical and after a long search, I picked this Sheraton. Last year, I had so many issues at the Beijing Jinyu Sheraton, and sure enough, I ran into problems again this year. Thankfully, a lady at the front desk quickly resolved it. However, many other issues persisted: for instance, the breakfast food quality was poor, the attitude of the lady at the noodle station was just awful, and the croissants weren't even as good as those from a street bakery. On the first day, the jam never arrived, even after breakfast was over. The doorman just stood by the door, acting as a doorman, and didn't help with anything! Avoid Sheraton, a Marriott brand, at all costs!"

"The room is spacious and comfortable. Although the courtyard isn't large, it's still very pleasant to sit outside under the shade of big trees. The hotel is located within the scenic area, surrounded by lush greenery and fresh air, making every corner of the property a beautiful sight. A fresh and seasonal fruit platter with a good variety of fruits is provided daily. The buffet breakfast isn't huge, but it offers delicious local specialties like savory zongzi, red bean zongzi, bamboo shoot siu mai, and braised duck. There are also freshly made noodles, buns, shrimp dumplings, stir-fried dishes, and some small pastries – more than enough for breakfast."

"It's a relatively large hotel, but you can tell it's a bit older. First, when we checked in at 3:00 PM, we were told that many rooms weren't ready yet and we'd have to wait a long time. The only room left was the one at the very edge, which I didn't really want. It was like being told, "You have to have this room!" This attitude was very uncomfortable. The only points I give for the service were for the uncle at the door, who helped carry our luggage in and out. Thank you for your hard work. Second, because the hotel is quite old, the amenities are quite old, like the hair dryer, bathroom toilet, and so on. There were also a few other things that weren't quite right, like the dim lighting in the room, which made it difficult to pack properly. Cleanliness was okay. Finally, there was a huge gap between the headboard and the backrest, which was quite disturbing."

"Out of all the hotels I stayed in during this Chinese New Year trip, this one was by far the most satisfying. The new renovations and overall feel were excellent. From the bedding to the color scheme of the room, everything felt very comfortable. I was pleasantly surprised to get such a great room for just 138 yuan on the fifth day of the ***** New Year! The hallways are lined with thick carpets, and the rooms are carpeted too, providing excellent soundproofing. It has central air conditioning, free parking, and even a smart toilet. Fantastic value for money!"

Right next to the street that has loads of food and shopping options. Near a few touristy spots. The nearby tram, which i didn't take, goes to the railway station."

That said, location is just behind yuehe old street, very accessible and convenient. Room aside, the hotel is very tastefully built and decorated. Recommended for short stays!"
