"This hotel is a hidden gem, truly! The hotel environment is excellent, and it's very close to the airport. But the soundproofing on the windows is incredibly good, making it super quiet! The room facilities are fantastic. There's a heating panel near the washbasin which I used to hang my wet clothes, and they dried so quickly – it was amazing! I've stayed in so many hotels, and this is the first time I've ever seen such a device! The airport drop-off service was exceptionally good, and they even provided breakfast for the journey. A big thank you to the ladies at the front desk."

"Mindy from Guest Relations was incredibly helpful and arranged for our two rooms to be on the same floor in advance. The hotel is conveniently located right across from Plaza 66, making it super easy to enjoy Shandong cuisine and go shopping. This was a huge plus when traveling with elderly family members, as the surrounding streets are flat and easy to navigate. It only takes about 10-15 minutes by taxi to get to Daming Lake and Chaoran Lake, so whether you're on a leisure trip or a short business visit, transportation is a breeze and worry-free."

"The views are nice. The booking experience was good, thanks for providing a higher floor and a west-facing room. Breakfast was just okay – clean, but with limited choices. Got in around 8 AM, no queue. Complaint 1: They confirmed a non-smoking room, but there was a distinct smell of smoke coming from the bathroom periodically. When I called service, they said it was due to a centralized exhaust fan, but couldn't do anything about the obvious smoke smell in the bathroom. Disappointing. Complaint 2: When I was bathing my child in the tub, the showerhead actually detached, spraying water all over the adult. When I called service, they said they could arrange for engineering to come fix it? No apology, no iron, or other consolation offered. Disappointing. Hope for improvements."

"Pros: Very close to Jinan Sports Center and Stadium, just across the road. However, you need to arrive 30-40 minutes early for ticket checks and to buy drinks inside the venue. Even though the decor is a bit dated, it's an old five-star hotel, so the quality is still guaranteed. The rooms are spacious enough, and the service is very attentive. Cons: I wish there were more robots for food and delivery! There are too few robots, so it's usually better to go downstairs and pick up orders like bubble tea yourself."

"Had an absolutely delightful stay! 😃 I was in Jinan for a business trip, attending a conference at the Shandong Convention and Exhibition Center, and this hotel is just a 10-minute drive away. I love taking baths, and there's a fantastic bath center downstairs (with excellent service too!), plus the room itself has a bathtub 🛀. The hotel is conveniently located right in the Impression Jinan Quanshijie commercial street, so there's an abundance of great food options just outside the door 😋. I didn't realize how bustling the area was before I arrived. The evening musical fountain ⛲️ was incredibly beautiful, and it wasn't too crowded, so I had a wonderful time exploring and eating. I checked in in the afternoon, and they thoughtfully upgraded my room type, letting me pick a room I liked. They also gave me welcome fruits 🍊 and yogurt, complimentary breakfast and access to the bath center, and even helped me with my laundry. They were enthusiastic and responsive to all my requests. Every morning, I enjoyed a delicious and hearty breakfast before heading to my conference. After work, I'd come back, stroll around, grab some food, and then relax with a bath. The entire business trip was incredibly comfortable and pleasant 😊"

Later, with so many other hotels popping up and Atour's prices remaining high, I felt the value for money wasn't there, so I stopped staying for a while. My membership even dropped from gold to silver. This summer, I took my elderly parents and kids on a trip to Shandong and decided to stay at Atour again. That familiar feeling came right back! The hygiene and service were both superb. Even though there was a minor hiccup along the way, everything was resolved perfectly. A big thumbs up to the staff!"

"Even I received a free upgrade for a night the stay was not so comfortable. First I did not find a pick up at the Airport to the hotel. It was not possible to reach the hotel by Phone. Second my room was far away from the elevator and the floor a deep carpet. Third the dinner at the afternoon was 40 RMB more expensive than on the poster advertised. Most of the buffet was a typical hotpot. The free Shuttle back to the Airport was ok, the rooms are exklusive and great, free Softdrinks, free tea and coffee… breakfast might be better."
