"The hotel itself is lovely and the service is great. Breakfast selection was also pleasing. The room was spacious and very clean. 😊😊😊 But it’s in a developing industrial area and has limited food dinner places around it. But right outside the hotel door, there’s a BBQ restaurant which was great. Stay if you want proximity to the airport not if you want to go out for the night."

"Good location, friendly staff. Smart room set up and clean. This offers great value for money. The street is under renovation and they even called in advance to inform us about potential noise. They asked again at check in and offered a room more far away from the renovation. However, the noise was minimal and did not affect our stay at all."

I suggest not opening for business if it doesn't meet the standards for opening. Since I checked in late at night, I didn't have the energy to deal with anything else and went to sleep. I felt nauseous and didn't sleep well all night because of the pungent smell."

"I bought a package deal, and it was even valid during the May Day holiday, which was an incredible value for money! This hotel is truly a gem. As a landmark in Jinan, dining at the revolving restaurant on the 49th floor was an amazing experience. Not only was the food exquisitely prepared with a wide variety of options, but the panoramic views of famous Jinan attractions like Mount Qianfo, Daming Lake, and Quancheng Square were breathtaking. Just the high-altitude sightseeing alone is worth dozens of yuan in admission fees. The hotel is also within walking distance of these attractions, so there's no need to worry about traffic. Furthermore, the rooms are fully equipped; our deluxe suite was high-end and sophisticated, and we even received complimentary welcome fruit, which made us feel truly valued and at home. My family and kids were all extremely satisfied with this stay, and we'll definitely be back if we get the chance!"

Although the breakfast selection wasn't huge, everything tasted great, especially the pancakes – they were a delightful surprise and absolutely delicious. The only downside was the hairdryer. The airflow was so weak it was almost useless, and the plug was so loose I had to hold it in place. This is really poor for a five-star hotel; they should definitely consider replacing them, even a hairdryer costing just a hundred yuan would be a huge improvement. Overall, it was still a very good stay."

My membership even dropped from gold to silver. This summer, I took my elderly parents and kids on a trip to Shandong and decided to stay at Atour again. That familiar feeling came right back! The hygiene and service were both superb. Even though there was a minor hiccup along the way, everything was resolved perfectly. A big thumbs up to the staff!"

He went straight to the hospital for a checkup and found out that he had a foot infection🐮 He returned them when he couldn't do a good job in disinfection and sanitation. Bring your own tissues. This is the most outrageous B&B hotel I have ever seen. Don’t go there! Don't go! If he wants a quilt, mattress or towel, please don't use it. The hygiene of his house is very perfunctory. It's so perfunctory. I don't want to give him a single face. I'm really speechless."

"The hygiene was absolutely terrible. Yesterday, I noticed the chair was very dirty, so I thought I'd use a bath towel to sit on while eating. When I unfolded a neatly stacked bath towel, I found some sticky, unknown yellow stuff inside. The cleanliness is really bad. Being in the corner room on the first floor, I could clearly hear the front desk staff talking on the phone. The soundproofing is extremely poor."
