"Overall experience: If the hotel itself scores around 90, the butler service at Dongliyuan bumps the experience straight to 110 – truly exceptional value for money! Service: The butler was incredibly attentive. As soon as I entered the room, they plugged in the mosquito repellent and explained all the in-room facilities. Messages on WeChat were answered instantly, 24/7. The butler mentioned that there's a dedicated team for message replies, ensuring all requests are met promptly. This service was even more thoughtful than the butler service I've experienced at St. Regis. Every butler I encountered during my stay was friendly, considerate, and enthusiastic. You could tell they were all genuinely kind, passionate about their jobs, and respectful of guests. Facilities: The room was spotlessly clean, spacious, and comfortably laid out. Outside the window was a lush forest. It was cool and pleasant indoors during rainy weather, even without air conditioning, feeling like an escape to another world. Upon check-in, the hotel also provided incense sticks based on the Five Elements. I chose the 'Earth' element, which is said to strengthen the spleen and remove dampness. Environment: The hotel location is very private, but taxis can drop you directly at the main entrance. If you want to visit Sanbao Village, the hotel offers a shuttle service that takes you to the main road at the village entrance, right where the popular Auntie's Cold Noodles is located. However, Sanbao Village is quite large, so walking around can be tiring. Restaurant: My stay included a restaurant voucher worth over 200 yuan, which I used for both lunch and dinner. The restaurant setting is beautiful, and the food was delicious. They also offer room service. I highly recommend the cold mixed macaroni, which is only available for lunch; the abalone is stir-fried until tender and springy – a must-try."

The hotel's Song Dynasty aesthetic design is very stylish, the environment is clean and elegant, and the room was spacious and comfortable with great attention to detail. The service was attentive throughout, yet never intrusive. The location is convenient – tucked away in a quiet spot but still close to everything. Staying here in Jingdezhen was definitely worth it. "Booked this hotel through Trip.com and was pleasantly surprised upon arrival. First off, it's conveniently located near all the attractions. Secondly, both the hotel's exterior and its surroundings are beautiful; Taoxichuan alone is worth exploring. We booked a family room, which had high ceilings and was very comfortable. A special shout-out to the restaurant: my kids were focused on their online classes and lost track of time, so by the time we got to the restaurant, it was almost closing time for lunch. However, the staff contacted the head chef, who still prepared lunch for us. A huge thank you!"

"When in Jingdezhen, staying at the Hyatt Centric is a must. The hotel's design is beautiful, the rooms are great, and the service is excellent. What touched me the most was that I didn't have time for breakfast because I was taking photos, so I sent my son to eat just before closing. A dedicated hotel staff member accompanied him, helped him get food, and after he finished, even brought me a bag of food. I was incredibly moved! I also took some of my best photos at the Hyatt. I truly love it here! If you're coming to Jingdezhen, you absolutely have to stay at the Hyatt."

The facilities are very complete and there are mineral water, tissues and towels for guests to use. The service is very attentive. The front desk greets guests as soon as they see them. The service provided by the young man at the front desk is very good, and he even helped me deliver my luggage to the room! Very good stay experience!"

I thought it would be just a quick glance, but she insisted on taking my phone. I saw her constantly pointing and swiping on my phone, so I immediately took it back and asked what she was doing. She said she was just using my phone to add something to her favorites. This is the first time I've ever encountered this situation. I'm really fed up. This kind of behavior is extremely uncomfortable. Also, the Wi-Fi in the room wasn't very good, and there was only one bath towel. I had to ask for two disposable ones before they gave me two."

They also offered a high-speed rail luggage delivery service, which was super convenient since we were in a hurry – we just picked up our luggage directly at the high-speed rail station after our activities! The location is also very convenient; it's a short walk to Taoxichuan every day, and there are lots of great places to eat nearby. This Jingdezhen trip was so enjoyable because we chose such a good hotel! Thank you, ladies!"

"This May Day, I stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn in Sanbao Village with my family, and it was a really good experience. The environment is beautiful and very quiet, as it's located in the latter part of Sanbao Village. In the morning, when I opened the curtains, there were already a few scattered tourists outside. The sky was very blue, and the trees were all so green! There was a minor incident on our first night. It was raining heavily, and we initially thought the noise was from the guests upstairs taking a shower, making our room feel very noisy and impossible to sleep in due to poor soundproofing. We immediately contacted the front desk staff, who promptly investigated the situation for us. It turned out we were already on the top floor. The rain was exceptionally heavy that night, and the sound we heard was actually from the downspout. The staff quickly blocked the downspout for us, and it became quiet instantly. I was very satisfied with their swift response to our request, even late at night. The hotel's breakfast offered local specialties, including congee with about a dozen side dishes, and cold noodles, all very delicious. Sanbao Village is beautiful, and I hope everyone gets a chance to visit."
