"The room was small and not commensurate with the price. The male staff member on the evening shift had poor service: I left my phone charger and a pair of earrings at the hotel. After checking out at noon, I called the front desk that evening. The front desk said they would ask the housekeeping staff, but they didn't call back. When I called a second time, they said the housekeeping staff hadn't seen them. I asked the front desk to check again and give me a reply, since the charger was plugged into a hotel outlet. They didn't call back after that, showing complete irresponsibility."

With a large group of elderly and children, it's inevitable that various issues might arise. Manager Xiao Fu was very attentive and diligent in coordinating and resolving any issues. Overall, it was acceptable."
