"The stay was a terrible experience. The room smelled musty as soon as I opened the door, and it took a long time to get a better smell after opening the window. The TV didn't have a remote; the staff said it was broken and couldn't be used. The air conditioner was unplugged, so I had to plug it back in myself, and the remote didn't work properly. The sheets were dirty, with hair, dust, and oil spots. The duvet cover was dirty inside. When I asked for a replacement, they refused, saying it was always like that. I got angry, and only then did they change it, saying it was a cheap room and I should just bear with it for one night. What, did my money grow on trees? It was ridiculous! Because we have a child, we asked for an extra pillow, but they didn't provide one. There was a large patch on the headboard. The kettle was hidden under the bedside table; you couldn't find it unless you looked carefully. There were toiletries, but the toothbrush and straw were flimsy. The bath towels were wet; the staff said they were sprayed on during cleaning. Absolutely ridiculous! Shouldn't they be put away after cleaning? There was dust everywhere. I definitely won't stay here again, and it's not worth recommending."

"Traveling from Beijing to Dalian, we stopped in Jinzhou and were truly impressed by this hotel. Its design features really stood out. Our twin room was upgraded for free to a family room. Even though we arrived around 9 PM, the kids were immediately drawn to the swimming pool and happily splashed around. After their swim, we toured the hotel and discovered a small art gallery. Of course, since it's a newly renovated hotel, there was a noticeable smell upon entering, but opening the room door for a while aired it out perfectly. There's also some ongoing construction, and I saw reviews mentioning noise disturbance, but we didn't experience any issues; we even slept with the balcony door open at night. After breakfast, we enjoyed another swim before happily heading off."

"The room was clean and tidy, and the housekeeping was excellent! We arrived at the hotel at 2 AM. The front desk lady was so enthusiastic, helping us find a parking spot and even upgrading our room in the middle of the night! The service was truly fantastic! We stayed for 3 consecutive nights. The bedding was very clean, and the pillows were quite comfortable! It really changed my impression of Orange Hotels. The Crystal room after the upgrade was indeed very nice! I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Yanji!!!"
