"A very good hotel, about 20 meters away from Jinzhou Station. You can see Jinzhou Station directly from the window. The hotel has its own parking lot, which is very convenient. It is very close to Linghe Night Market, Liaoshen Campaign Memorial Hall, and Shichengzi Morning Market, which is very suitable for weekend trips. I checked in on Saturday night. The hotel had performances starting at 8pm, so I could listen to music quietly and it was very comfortable. Breakfast was great! There are small wontons, noodles, fried rice, pasta, cakes, nuts, etc. There are also spare ribs and Sixi meatballs😄, and there is also a brand produced in Jinzhou - Shuangba yogurt, which is very delicious. The service is also great, there are welcome fruits when you check in, and the service attitude is very good. In short, I am very satisfied. I would like to stay here next time I come to Jinzhou."

"Honestly, it was incredibly uncomfortable. The so-called "Presidential Suite" was completely, utterly, utterly not soundproof! Our family of five—my parents and 22-month-old baby—booked the most expensive suite and double room for their comfort, but it was completely unsound. Around 1 AM, the people next door started showering and running water, followed by a woman's loud shouting. The baby woke up and cried, and my parents and I were also awakened. We were all incredibly embarrassed, enduring the noise until after 3 AM. It was truly a case of paying the highest price for a disgusting night! Other aspects were okay, though. There was no dedicated parking, so we had to find a spot on the street nearby. The service was unsatisfactory. We paid extra for a room with breakfast included, which started at 7 AM. When we went downstairs before 8 AM, the milk was gone. "I'd read reviews before my stay dismissing this hotel's four-star claim as a joke. Foolishly, I decided to give it a try for one night, only to realize I had become the punchline myself! Facility-wise, it barely qualifies as a budget motel, let alone a four-star establishment. The TV was minuscule, hardly bigger than a computer screen, and the bed was rock-hard, feeling no different from sleeping on the floor. The carpet was covered in ghastly stains! The most unacceptable part was when I called the front desk in the morning to ask for a bottle of mineral water, and their first question was about my check-out time. When I confirmed I'd be leaving shortly, they informed me there was no complimentary water available and I'd have to purchase it. I agreed, only for them to state they only sold small bottles, priced at four RMB each! I was utterly speechless. Are they that desperate for money? It's all a grand facade, but utterly dilapidated within. Perhaps this is a symptom of the wider decay in this place!"

"A 1500 RMB hotel stay during the National Day holiday resulted in a "no way to complain" experience! Complete management paralysis, a total collapse from hygiene to service 🤮🤮🤮 I thought choosing a hotel at this price point would bring peace of mind and comfort, but this stay turned out to be the worst business trip I've ever had. The following is an honest description, without exaggeration: 1. Shockingly poor hygiene: Upon entering the room, the so-called "cleaned" state was utterly appalling. The ashtray on the coffee table contained fruit peels discarded by the previous guest**; even more disgusting, the vanity drawer was littered with opened and used toiletries packaging**. There was even an eyelash from the previous guest on the hairdryer. 🤮 They couldn't even manage the most basic "clean after each guest"—what kind of cleaning standards does this hotel have? 2. Outdated facilities and extremely poor appearance: The room as a whole is very old, which can be understood as part of the style, but the large stains on the sofa are so numerous that they cannot be ignored, making it impossible to sit down. This visible uncleanliness seriously affects the mood of the stay. 3. Bedding with a strong odor: I thought I could have a good rest, but as soon as I approached the bed, I smelled a strong and obvious smell of smoke mixed with an indescribable musty odor. Lying on such a bed, it was impossible to relax, and I had a sleepless night. 4. Front desk service is practically non-existent: I called the lobby phone multiple times because I needed to contact the front desk, but either no one answered for a long time or the phone rang a few times before being hung up. The most basic communication channels are so ineffective, raising concerns about security in emergencies. 5. A double whammy of disappointing breakfast and service: The breakfast quality was mediocre, but the experience at the wonton stall was even more infuriating. I waited in line for a long time, but the person who came later simply took away the freshly cooked wonton. When I questioned the waiter, the response was, "Whoever arrives gets their turn. You have to stand in front of me and wait, otherwise I won't remember..." This chaotic management was intolerable, so I immediately went to the on-duty manager, Guo, to report the situation. 6. The most despairing "no way to complain": *However, Manager Guo's response completely extinguished my last hope. He not only didn't solve any problems, but also directly stated, "There are no other complaint channels here; complaints will ultimately come to me anyway," his words filled with helplessness and perfunctory attitude. At that moment, I realized that this hotel's problems were not isolated incidents, but rather a paralysis of the entire system from the lowest-level employees to management. Customer dissatisfaction and demands were completely "ineffective" here, with no possibility of being relayed upwards or receiving fair treatment. Summary: This was an experience of complete collapse from hardware, hygiene, service to management mechanisms. The 1500 yuan room rate not only resulted in a dirty environment and terrible service, but also a feeling of powerlessness with "no way to complain." This hotel has lost the most basic bottom line of the service industry—the willingness to listen to customers. Please choose carefully to avoid paying money to suffer."
