The doorman was polite and proactive in helping with luggage and finding a parking spot. Check-in was quick, and the room was large with a good view. However, there was a strange, persistent odor that even opening the windows couldn't fix. The front desk promptly offered a room change, but the new room type wasn't as good as the original. A manager stepped in to help, and a staff member used an air freshener. After we went out for dinner and returned two hours later, the smell had significantly improved. Otherwise, everything else was fine."
