"The hotel was exceptionally good, with its own water park. I didn't go, but my family said the kids had an amazing time, with wave pools and swimming pools, and the cost was reasonable. Additionally, the hotel is very close to Maoshan Forest Water World. We went in the evening, queued for an hour for the lazy river, and had an absolutely wonderful time, really catching the tail end of summer. The hotel facilities are complete, and the family room was very clean and spacious. We had a great time. The only minor downside was that there aren't many takeaway options nearby. However, I'm still very satisfied. There are three tiny, adorable kittens at the hotel entrance. I'll definitely come back to this hotel."

It's an excellent choice if you're looking for accommodation in Jurong. 🛏In addition to traditional guest rooms, the hotel also offers villas suitable for large families. There are also banquet halls, gyms, KTV, and card rooms to cater to guests of all ages. ♨️The kudzu root hot spring is a major attraction. The health-promoting kudzu root hot spring, combined with the mountain and water setting, makes the air feel exceptionally fresh. Many hotel guests visit this area; as it's an outdoor hot spring, please bring your swimsuit. 🍰The buffet breakfast doesn't offer a huge variety, but it includes most everyday breakfast items. For main meals, there's a catering center with reasonable prices, mainly featuring kudzu root dishes. If you prefer not to have kudzu root in your food, you can drive to the town for a meal; it's about a 2-minute drive. 🅿️ Free parking is available at the hotel, with both above-ground and underground parking spaces, sufficient for most needs. If you need anything, just contact the front desk, and they'll deliver promptly. When we asked for extra blankets, they not only brought them immediately but also bottled water – very thoughtful service. "I was accidentally attracted by the unique hotel responses in the guest reviews on Ctrip, so I decided to go and experience it. After staying for two nights, I must review it seriously and responsibly today. The hotel has a good environment, it covers a large area, the rooms are large, and the two-bedroom is impressively large. The hardware facilities are good, four-star level, and the bedding and towels are relatively new, so I'm satisfied. The most common thing I saw before was the guests complaining about the breakfast. I was already mentally prepared, but the breakfast was still unacceptable. The cramped environment, a few fried vegetables, and the handmade steamed buns that I had high hopes for were not fresh because of the vermicelli stuffing. I gave up because of the delicious taste. I didn’t even wait for the legendary stone-ground soy milk. When I drank the soy milk the next day, it was different from what I expected. In the end, breakfast became a scene similar to the "Eight Yuan Stir-fried Vegetable Set". There were a few cold dishes that were good, but the porridge was very thin and unappetizing. In addition, I had dinner at the hotel and ordered two hours in advance. The menu was beautifully handwritten, but there were no prices or pictures. It was like a blind spot when ordering. After ordering, I was told that the price of the previous dishes was wrong and too expensive. A big piece of it, which leaves one speechless. Finally, the hotel service team "exists in name only." I made a mistake about the number of days I would stay when I checked in. I found out later but didn't update my room card. As a result, I couldn't swipe my room card the next day. The deposit wasn't returned after I checked out. It wasn't until I found out that I provided a receipt for the deposit. After returning from an afternoon trip, I found that the room had not been cleaned. I asked the front desk to come later, but in the end they didn't come until we went to bed. This is really a flaw and unacceptable. Two stars for service: one for the shuttle bus driver to Tofu Village and one for the friendly service staff. I sincerely hope that a hotel with such good conditions and design will not be ruined by such a dishonest service team."

"I rarely leave reviews unless an experience is exceptionally good or bad, but this one compels me to write as it's the worst hotel stay I've had in years. The issue isn't with the facilities – given its high-end positioning, the hardware is generally fine. The main problems stem from poor management and service. Firstly, the hotel makes no distinction between smoking and non-smoking rooms. Consequently, the room we were assigned, traveling with a child, reeked of smoke, making it incredibly difficult to sleep. Secondly, there were inexplicable stains on both the bedsheets and the toilet. While the toilet stains couldn't be wiped away with water, I honestly haven't encountered anything so disgusting in all my previous hotel experiences, and I've stayed in quite a few. Lastly, and most bafflingly, we checked in at 11 PM. At that time, we explicitly confirmed with the front desk that we needed a late check-out until 2 PM the following day to catch up on some sleep, also stating that we would not be extending our stay. Yet, at 1 PM, the front desk called our room to ask if we wanted to extend! My much-needed nap was completely ruined. Honestly, it's infuriating! A person with even a shred of common courtesy wouldn't call guests during their nap time, especially in the service industry!"
