"The smell of the smoking room was too strong, and there was a lot of dust and dirt on the walls and ceiling. It didn't feel clean at all. Even though it was a smoking room, I think they should have cleaned it a bit more thoroughly!!"

"There were many inaccurate descriptions of the hot springs, which was disappointing. I'm sure they have their own hot spring source, but what is the actual volume of the spring water??? The water was circulated normally and disinfected with chlorine. Of course, the water is not drinkable, and I wonder how much we can trust the display that says it's under repair. The free private open-air bath smells like a drain pipe, and the water is murky with what looks like human sebum and mold. The food is not bad. I thought there was a discount on the accommodation fee, but there wasn't. I was fooled by the many discounts that were not applicable, and I regret it."
