"I was extremely dissatisfied. First, there was no one to greet me after I arrived past 8 PM, but I saw somewhere that reception closed at 9 PM (I apologize if I misread). It's a bit of a walk from Kamakura Station. The glass door to my room wouldn't open, so I couldn't hear the waves at all. However, if it could be opened, it would be incredibly unsafe (the room was on the first floor, so anyone could walk by. If I didn't close the curtains, I had no privacy, and if I did, I couldn't see the view). The facilities were very shabby for the price! The tables and chairs in the common area outside also looked rusty. Overall, I wouldn't stay here again."

Villa Kamakura

"Absolutely great experience. Villa is very comfortable. The host provided everything: towels, toiletries, washing liquid - end everything is top quality! Also kitchen is well equipped and there was a supply of tea and coffee, cooking oil, seasoning. Plus there you can find everything for beach holiday - umbrella, backpacks. In a wrod everything you need is forseen and provided, and the everything is high end quality. Plus he sent us a guid on local attractions, food and places of interest. Highly recommended! I'd definitely stay there again."

Kaihinsou Kamakura

"The hotel offers a traditional Japanese tatami room ambiance and is quite close to the beach. However, it's a 1.8 km walk from Kamakura Station, which can be quite tiring if you're lugging suitcases. The service felt a bit rigid; they strictly enforced the check-in time, refusing to process guests even a minute early. That said, the overall environment was still very pleasant, and the Japanese-style breakfast was exceptionally generous and delicious!"

SYLA TERRACE KAMAKURA

"The room was clean. The large TV with YouTube was great for the kids. The location was convenient, close to Kamakura Station and easy to explore. There were also many good restaurants within walking distance for dinner. I was a little confused about the check-in process, but I was able to contact them quickly and they explained everything. I would like to stay here again if I have the opportunity."
