"I stayed at this hotel during a business trip. The staff were very helpful and ensured everything went smoothly throughout my stay. While they don't provide daily housekeeping, rooms are serviced every three days, which is acceptable since towels and trash are managed daily. I didn't have a car during my trip, but there's a large supermarket conveniently located across the road, and several small restaurants nearby are available for meals and drinks. The breakfast was excellent, and I would definitely stay at this hotel again whenever I visit the Kashima area."
