"Drinking water was only provided on the day of check-in; this was the first time I'd encountered such a hotel. Breakfast was limited, coffee was charged separately, and condiments were scarce. When I asked a staff member for vinegar, they simply said they didn't have any. The electric heater made the air extremely dry. The elevator was cramped."

"Otel 4* değil. Meslektaşımın 401 numaralı odasında hamamböcekleri vardı. Temizlik ortalamanın altında, elektrik süpürgesi çekmiyorlar, yerleri yıkamıyorlar. Çarşaf ve havlular sadece talep üzerine değiştiriliyor, 300 numaralı odada yatak çarşafları sadece konaklamanın 11. gününde değiştirildi. Son günlerde çöpler alınmadı, sadece gelip bir şişe su bırakıp gittiler. 300 numaralı oda (apartmanlar) tanımına uymuyor. Varışta, yatak odasındaki çekmeceli dolapta önceki misafirlerden kalan ıslak havlular, oturma odasındaki çekmeceli dolabın kül tablasında şeker ambalajları, vazoda kullanılmış pamuk pedler ve pamuklu çubuklar, banyoda açık ve kısmen kullanılmış bir duş jeli tüpü vardı. Giriş yapmak için saat 14:00'e kadar beklememize rağmen oda hazır değildi. Bulaşıklar kirliydi. Televizyon sadece oturma odasında, televizyon kanalları çalışmıyor, sadece YouTube. Banyodaki sıcak su ılık, küvet doluyken suya girmek istemiyorsunuz çünkü su soğuyor. 2 haftalık konaklama boyunca kahvaltılar monoton. "Cam gibi" kızarmış yumurtalardan anlaşıldığı üzere, akşamları hazırlanıyorlar. Yulaf lapası yoktu. Çalışan, yulaf lapasının sadece otel tamamen doluyken hazırlandığını söyledi. Kahvaltının sabah 7'de açık olduğu belirtiliyor, hatta saat 7'de gelirseniz, çalışan bu saatte sadece bulaşıkları getirmeye başlıyor ve her şeyi getirip fotoğraf çektirene kadar içeri girmenize izin vermiyor. Ardından "Başlayabilirsiniz" diyerek barın arkasına geçiyor. Tuzluklarda tuz ve karabiber yok, çalışana bunu söyledikten sonra, parmaklarınızla tuz almanız gereken bir kapta 5 gram (!!!!!) getirdi. Kahvaltıya gelenlerin şaşkınlığı sınır tanımıyordu. Titan'da kaynar su sabahları her zaman bulunmuyor, akşamları ise tamamen kapatılıyor. 3. kattaki su sebili çalışmıyor, odada çay içmek için 2. kattaki su sebili aşağı inmeniz gerekiyor. Odada su ısıtıcısı yok. 4 pencereden sadece biri açılıyor. Bu oteli sonsuza kadar anlatabilirim, ama sanırım yazdıklarım nereye gittiğinizi anlamak için yeterli. Bir gece kalmak - evet, uzun süre kalmak - hayır."

"For such a remote location this has to be one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in. Obviously very modern so the accommodation is of a high standard, but it is the staff who made this such a pleasant stay for us. This started from the outset when reception staff were happy to change the room which had been allocated, continued to the outstanding evening meal served in the restaurant (which was extremely good value), then on to the ease of arranging an early breakfast "to go" the next morning at 4.30am and finally with the housekeeping staff rescuing my coat and fleece which I had left behind in the room. This has to be the preferred place to stay if your travels take you to Karaganda, and we cannot recommend it too highly."

"Stayed for 7 days on business. The best thing is a gym adjacent to the hotel with a swimming pool, machines and a sauna. Very good wifi connection. Breakfast and food offer for dinner in the restaurant downstairs is nice overall as well. Rooms are standard but comfortable. The only thing is that aircon is noisy but can be disconnected. An excellent experience overall!"
