Breakfast was free for kids, with a wide variety including congee and pastries. There's a park and a mall nearby, and transportation is convenient. The staff were very patient with the children. Highly recommend for family trips."

The fragrant smell when I entered the door was the clean and civilized atmosphere that a hotel should have. The design was simple and advanced, the room was large and reasonable, and the TV screen was also large. I couldn't help but turn it on and watch it. Other hotels don't watch TV much. The toiletries are OK. The laundry room thoughtfully put anti-color transfer tablets, and the breakfast was relatively average. There is a free self-service coffee machine in the lobby, and I made two cups of coffee when I left. The two girls at the front desk were very good. We were going to buy shoes, and they recommended a reliable and affordable market to us. I recommend this hotel when you come to Karamay!"

"After communicating with the front desk, I specifically chose a high-floor, south-facing room with a panoramic view of the Duku Highway's starting campsite and snow-capped mountains. Dining options downstairs were also very convenient. The room was clean and tidy, and the front desk staff were very welcoming. The porridge served in the evening was also quite good."

"This hotel room is very large. The laundry room has 3 washing machines and 3 dryers. It is not afraid of not enough. There is a large lounge area in the lobby on the first floor. There are drinks in the lounge area. It is very comfortable to play around to the hotel."

"My first stop in Northern Xinjiang this New Year was the long-awaited Snow Lotus Hotel. Due to renovations in the VIP building, I stayed in the Welcome Building this time. To my surprise, the room was larger than expected, with new facilities and incredibly warm underfloor heating – so warm that I had to open the windows for ventilation at night. Overall, a nice experience. I was particularly impressed by the half-price Snow Lotus coffee at the first-floor café; it was absolutely delicious."
