"The hotel opened soon, the location is very close to the ancient city, the hardware is well-equipped, and the room area is large enough. The service of the hotel staff is very good. The young ladies at the front desk are warm and polite. They focus on the sister in the laundry room. Because we have to go out and can't dry the laundry, we have to talk to her. After that, we not only help dry the clothes, but also carefully help stack them in the room. Good hang up 👍 I have stayed in intercity hotels in seven or eight cities, and this stay experience is definitely the best."

From the welcoming smiles of the concierge upon arrival to the efficient check-in process at the front desk, everything felt comfortable. The room layout was well-designed, the bedding was comfortable, and the facilities were complete. I especially loved the wet/dry separation in the bathroom and the high-quality amenities. The hotel environment was elegant and quiet, and everything was spotlessly clean. The breakfast selection was excellent, and Steven's service was incredibly prompt. I was pleasantly surprised to receive a welcome fruit platter and turn-down service. This will definitely be my first choice next time I visit this city."

"The guesthouse has a fantastic location, near a century-old teahouse in Xicheng District, and about a 5-minute walk from Grandpa's Dad's Naan and Rainbow Lane. The beautiful owner is incredibly kind and helpful, always ready to assist. The hotel breakfast is delicious, perfect for us southerners! Kashgar food is so salty, I woke up with my face swollen like a pig. The owner even brought me ice to reduce the swelling. Their travel photography service is also great; the two local makeup artists are very skilled."

It is recommended to confirm with the hotel whether it is open. The room is clean and hygienic with complete facilities!"

The manager said the service was indeed lacking and offered to deliver a free meal, but when I asked the front desk, they said they didn't know anything about it. "5 Star Hotel in Kashgar. This Hotel has a ""Ritz Carlton"" vibes in its decoration and furbishment. It is located 3km away from the Ancient City but it has many facilities such as Swimming Pool, Gym, Restaurant on the 28th floor. The hotel is linked to the mall with convenient store that opens 24 hours. Check In and Check Out were smoith and efficient. Miss FengFangQi and her other colleagues assisted very well. Next time we are in Kashgar, we definitely will stay in this hotel again."

"The hotel is advertised as a Wanda Plaza branch, but it's actually a 2-3 kilometer walk away, and you can't see Wanda Plaza from the hotel itself… There aren't many restaurants nearby, so you have to drive out to find something to eat. The room is fairly spacious and has a smart speaker. It's inconvenient to get around without a car, except for the surrounding area… The front desk, breakfast, and parking are all subpar and don't live up to four-star standards. There was even hair on the children's crib pillow, indicating a lack of hygiene."
