"Our road trip to southern Xinjiang finally took place, with the renowned Kashgar Old Town as our main stop. Before departure, my wife personally researched B&Bs in the old town, choosing one that would be convenient for exploring the sights, comfortable, and uniquely decorated. After extensive research, we chose this B&B. The hostess was incredibly welcoming and forthright, providing attentive and enthusiastic service. She explained the city's characteristics, travel tips, and photo spots. We also have a travel photography studio on the first floor, and after seeing the excellent photos, my wife decided to take one herself. The breakfast on the first floor is very affordable and offers a wide variety. If you're tired of the local fare, you can also order Chinese cuisine, which is also quite delicious. Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay and would highly recommend it to any friends visiting Kashgar."

"Berna Hotel (Kashgar Old City Scenic Area Branch) | Average Stay Experience, Not Recommended for Long-Term Family Stays During my stay in Kashgar, which lasted several nights, the overall experience was poor. I arrived at 12 PM. Members can check in early, but the hotel's room preparation was slow. All four rooms weren't checked in until 3:30 PM, which was too long and disrupted my entire day's itinerary. The room facilities had obvious problems: the mattress in room 608 was installed backwards, and the mattress was too firm, causing back and waist discomfort and poor rest quality after a long stay; the hotel's buffet breakfast had limited variety, mediocre taste, and was only average in terms of value. The service was rigid and lacked flexibility and a focus on guest experience. When problems arose, the hotel responded passively with explanations but lacked attentive reassurance and coordination. Overall, the service was mediocre, and I would not recommend it for families or long-distance self-driving tourists. The breakfast was really mediocre."
