"This was my first time in Kashgar, and I chose to stay at the Boman International Hotel. The hotel's exterior is grand, and as soon as I arrived, the hotel security helped me with my luggage. The manager even personally came out to greet me – honestly, I couldn't believe it! The service deserves full marks. When checking in, the front desk attendant patiently explained all the fun places and delicious food spots nearby. Then, the butler very thoughtfully escorted me to my room. Inside, the room was spacious, and the modern decor was very comfortable. The mattress was just right, not too soft nor too hard, and the AC cooling was very strong. The toilet was also smart. The housekeeping staff were warm and proactive in greeting me. The breakfast had a wide variety, including Chinese, Western, and pastries. The hotel also offers a travel photography service on the first floor, where you can take photos however you like. The photographer's makeup skills, in particular, were excellent, and I got so many beautiful pictures. When checking out, the front desk even gave me a beautiful ceramic bracelet from Jingdezhen, Jiangxi. The front desk said the manager brought them from Jiangxi, so they must be authentic. I picked two because I have two children – originally it was just one, but the front desk attendant agreed when I mentioned I had two kids."

"The Hyatt brand is always a safe bet, and choosing to stay here for our two nights in Kashgar was a smart decision. It's very close to the East Gate of Kashgar Old City, easily walkable, and they even offer late-night congee for when you're tired from exploring. The one-on-one butler service was excellent – they answered all our questions and met all our requests. My only complaint is that I feel the F&B department needs more training. On our first night, when we went for dinner, no one came to pour water; the staff were all busy cleaning up, and a staff member in a white shirt was just engrossed in their phone. At breakfast, after 11 AM, they stopped replenishing the fruit, and staff started cleaning up and wiping windows, even though breakfast isn't supposed to end until 11:30 AM."

"Highly recommend this hotel! It was the most reliable support throughout my 4-day trip to Kashgar. The location is convenient, and the rooms are quiet, comfortable, spacious, and equipped with smart controls. The service is excellent; the welcome fruit is changed daily, and any reasonable request is promptly and positively addressed. The breakfast offers a wide variety of dishes. The shuttle driver is handsome and friendly, and the front desk ladies are beautiful. Most importantly, it offers great value for money. My whole family was very satisfied with this choice, and we would definitely stay here again on our next visit to Kashgar."

"We had an amazing stay at the Sky Garden. It’s a beautiful renovated home in the old city. Inside, the decor is elegant and luxurious, even serving as a museum. The views from the terrace into the city are breathtaking. There’s only 10 rooms here so it truly feels like the staff is ready to address any needs and concerns. For us, they helped to set out afternoon tea, accommodate my mother’s needs in the dry weather, give us a tour through the city, washed our clothes, and transported us to the airport. We were very fortunate to have stayed here!"

"After a long and bumpy journey to beautiful Kashgar, checking into the Radisson Hotel was definitely the right choice – it's quiet and convenient. If I hadn't specifically asked, I never would have guessed this hotel has been operating for 12 years. Everything, from the cleanliness of the hallway carpets to the pristine condition of the furniture and appliances in the room, is maintained to a high standard. The service is superb, and both the late-night snacks and breakfast are reliably good. The hardware is well-maintained, and there are no overlooked spots when it comes to hygiene. I felt completely at ease during my stay and highly recommend it to anyone who values a great practical experience."
