"Really hidden in the nowhere- we finally found and arrived full of expectations. (Finally as our GPS lost the signal…) From the outside it looked not nice at all, but inside the House as well as inside the Onsen it looked very nice.  Staff were very nice and friendly, breakfast and dinner (!) super. We felt very welcome all the time.  Outside you see plenty of deers close to the house and the surroundings.  We didn’t see any bears - which is good or not, depending upon your wishlists.  Don’t expect party and nightlife, but quietness and relaxation.  I can’t imagine how fantastic it must be in winter, with snow outside and warm ovens inside - there is a pallet oven in each room - im am sure it heats up perfectly."

Unless you have a private car, the nearest convenience store and Japanese ramen shop are near Hotel Soi. You can walk there. It takes about half an hour. If the weather is snowing, it will take a little longer. The breakfast in the hotel is a buffet, and the dinner is a small hot pot set meal. They are both delicious. The service is convenient. The clerk can only speak Japanese, so the text I translated early in the morning is on paper. In terms of transportation, I will take it with me. Take bus No. 45. Overall big"

I hadn't been there for a while because it felt more expensive than it was under previous management, but now that the entrance fees for the surrounding areas have gone up considerably, it feels like a bargain, and it feels like a good deal to be able to bathe in such quality spring water.
