"Odalar temiz ve geniş, banyosu yeni ve çok temiz, maalesef tuvalet için püskürtme hortumu yok, kahvaltısı ve akşam yemekleri lezzetli ve çeşitli, açık havuzu güzel ve kışın yüzmek çok keyifli. Yukarıdaki barlara biraz uzak ve servis maalesef yok. Taksi tutmak gerekiyor. Genel anlamda memnun kaldık. Güvenli, Temiz, Güler yüzlü personele sahip bir otel, hepsi çok yardımcı oluyor. Kalmanızı tavsiye ederim."

"Excellent hotel in a wonderful location. Private parking. The receptionist was very kind and spoke English. Due to a small setback, she apologized and assigned us a suite with a view of the Khazbek. Watching the sunrise illuminate the snow-capped peak from the comfort of our bed was an extraordinary experience! Excellent breakfast, clean room, and a safe, kettle for coffee and tea, mini-fridge, etc."

"It was a wonderful experience to stay in Mood Hotel in Kazbegi. Very good mountains view from the terrace of our room. The lady at the reception was very helpful even she couldn't speak English but very good. We had dinner at the hotel which she cooked for us. Very nice boutique hotel. I like the miniatures in the hotel. A nice mini library."

"The room was a bit small, but perfectly fine for one person. The location was great, and as I rented a car, having a parking spot was a huge plus. (The room heating wasn't great, but the bathroom was warmer 😓). Breakfast was delicious!"
