The staff were friendly, and both check-in and check-out were smooth. Overall, it met my expectations and is suitable for short business trips or tourism. I'd consider staying here again."

"I would not recommend this hotel to my friends or family. When going out at night, I discovered that a large entrance door, separate from the main front door, had been locked. I called the hotel and explained, “Could you please open the door?” and “I have a reservation under the name ○○.” However, after a while, the staff stopped responding and remained silent on the phone. eventually had to ask my Russian friend to call on my behalf. Only then was I able to get someone to open the door. When the staff member arrived, I thanked them in Russian, but they clearly looked dissatisfied, glanced at me, and then turned away without saying anything. This experience left me feeling unwelcome and disappointed."

"We expected much better from the photos. The towels were ripped, the room was stuffy, and when you open the window, you smell the cafe downstairs. The air conditioning wasn't working properly, dripping condensation right into the room. At reception, they said all the rooms were like this. We slept to the sound of dripping water because it's impossible to sleep without air conditioning in the summer. The tap water was dirty, so I wouldn't go back. The bed linen was clean and white. I don't even know what else to say about the positives."
