"Honestly, it's pretty mediocre, so don't get your hopes up too high. It doesn't even compare to a standard budget hotel on the mainland, and apparently, this is one of the top three hotels in Kinmen. The service is incredibly inefficient. Check-in isn't until after 3 PM. We arrived around 11 AM, and they told us they'd call when the room was ready, but we never heard from them until well after three. They don't provide toiletries either, maybe trying to emulate those high-end island resorts, but your facilities don't even come close to their standards. Your coastline isn't even blue, and the hotel just looks like a converted self-built house. Kinmen as a whole is pretty much a big rural area, and the food isn't great – you can find everything they offer on the mainland. Perhaps because there are fewer people, labor is expensive, which explains their extremely slow service. Many small shops only accept cash. If you have any standards for accommodation, I'd suggest looking elsewhere. Even the breakfast is very basic."

"I had booked the room facing the mountain view but it was not given. I was not aware that it was wrong as I checked in late at night and also as a tourist, I would not know the facing. I had to ask for a change the following day. The room can only be released at the end of the day. Should not I get a refund? Why was the room not reserved? As the hotel is away from the town, the hotel should consider providing free city and airport shuttles. Hotel is nice to provide free beverages and the vinegar drink is quite refreshing. We quite enjoyed the takeaway Cantonese porridge when breakfast food was not available on our last day."
