"The room is spacious, bright and very comfortable. Our room is facing the lake, at night, we can watch the lighting show from our room. Very nice. Next to the hotel is the Shenghengchang Duty Free Center, which is very convenient. The staffs at the front desk are polite and helpful. We made double booking for the transport to the habour on our departure day. Once we realised it, we informed the front desk staff who immediately help us to cancel the second booking. More importantly was she did it cheerfully."

主人特別愛乾淨，民宿衞生做得細緻到位，每一處細節都整潔清爽，住宿環境舒適又温馨，處處都藏着主人的用心與温柔。夫妻倆待人温和真誠，服務貼心周到，讓人住得安心又放鬆，像回到親友家一般自在。
水吧旁還有個暖心角落，有主理人精心準備的咖啡和茶點，滿滿都是温暖與善意。

"Kivala hostel is great. It's really clean, all the instructions given by the owner through Line are very clear. On top of that, you will live the experience of staying in a Kinmen traditional house. I really recommend it.

"老闆很熱情服務特別棒，碼頭和民宿來回都是老闆接送。民宿的位置特別好，樓下就有全聯，去金城中心或者家樂福都很方便！早餐也很美味哦～值得一提的是民宿有電梯！不用上下樓搬行李實在是太讚了～
我的耳機還落在民宿了，多虧老闆幫我在床鋪底下找到，還説會託其他回內地的客人幫我帶回來，真的太感謝了！"
