"My flight was delayed, so I had to stay overnight in Kinmen. The Moon Hostel immediately came to mind, so I took a bus directly from across the airport exit to the Kangshimei Medicinal Herb Pagoda stop. I booked a night through Ctrip, and that evening, Uncle Li (the owner) warmly treated us to freshly made papaya milk. It was wonderful! I also met several other people who stayed there. The experience was just as cozy and homey as ever. I'll definitely come back."

"The newly renovated B&B in the old house, the creaking sound of the wooden door is very much like when I was a child, and there are warm and friendly neighbors. I will come again next time if I have the chance! PS: Shuitou settlement near the pier, it takes more than ten minutes to walk after getting off the boat. It is a little far from the city and is very quiet during the day and at night."

"I came to Golden Gate for 3 days because of important things, but I was lucky to live in this great homestay. The antique triad, the double room with a private bathroom, washing machine, and perfect equipment. The boss & the proprietress tried their best to meet the needs of the guests, and cleaned the environment very clean and tidy. Service includes: free pick-up and drop-off, free breakfast. The breakfast is super delicious, it is a fresh sugar-free soy milk, local steamed buns, meat buns, and even 3 days of eating. I really recommend everyone to choose this homestay when you go to Golden Gate 😁"

This village, located a stone's throw from the port, is lovely, and there's a very good restaurant 50 meters from the hotel. What a shame."

"Moonlight B&B is located at the intersection of No. 8, Minzu Road, Kinmen County. The environment is elegant, and the interior space is well-designed. It's especially quiet at night thanks to excellent soundproofing. The Thai Golden Elephant 95D latex mattresses are very comfortable. There's also a great outdoor terrace on the second and third floors, perfect for friends to gather, chat, and socialize. The owner warmly welcomes every guest. The location is in a bustling area, near a Kangshimei store (a popular shopping destination for mainland Chinese tourists) and a Jinwan souvenir shop next door. The owner says his wish is for all guests to have a comfortable, safe, and enjoyable stay, making them feel right at home and encouraging them to return with family and friends."

"The guesthouse offers airport or pier pick-up and drop-off services. It's basically a converted house, but the rooms are nice and well-equipped, and most importantly, they're very new. The owner is very helpful and grateful for reminding us about the typhoon the next day, urging us to go to the pier early to wait in line, as the ferry was only operating two trips due to the typhoon. We arrived early and got a spot on the waiting list, thus avoiding the risk of not being able to get to Xiamen. They also held our room until check-out time so we could continue staying if we couldn't make it to Xiamen."
