The massage wasn’t good, the pool and restaurant had no staff, I was waiting to order some dinner but there was no one coming around, same at the pool so no towels and ended up just ordering Gra. Beautiful place though and still worth it if you are out exploring anyway and aren’t really using hotel facilities."

"Room was dirty, filled with mosquitoes. When we asked if someone could get rid of the mosquitoes, they only brought an insect spray for us to spray ourselves. Laundry was down on that day, forcing us to rely on external laundry services. Reception took a long time to pick up calls and the pool was dirty (had dead mosquitoes). Location was also far from the main street with the restaurants and massage parlours. Would not come back"

"We chose this room based on photos and specifically chose a suite. But the bungalow itself is very tired, with only two outlets for the entire room and no hairdryer. The WiFi is very poor. The kettle is old. There's no safe. The sink is old and cracked, and the faucet is short and inconvenient. The pillows are uncomfortable. The only thing is the great view. But for me, it's poor value for money. It's better to get a standard room. I saw them walking by, and they're not much different. Don't overpay, and the view is great, even by the pool. Also, there was loud music playing from the neighboring hotel at night. I asked reception for a hairdryer upon check-in, but they didn't bring one. I also asked for sugar-free juice when I ordered it, but they didn't take that into account."

"The floor around the toilet was quite dirty. However, the service response was relatively quick, and overall, the service experience felt better than at Ayana Bali. The unbeatable ocean view was stunning, and the hotel lobby on the hilltop offered expansive views. Both the bar and dining options were good. I found the breakfast to be just average, but at least the service was warm. My main disappointment was that all the activities I was interested in were fully booked, so I didn't get a chance to enjoy Ayana's rich offerings. Considering that, the value for money wasn't great."

"The room and restaurant had a great sea view. The indoor air conditioner in the room made a loud, rattling noise and didn't cool well. The receptionist said it was the poor quality of the air conditioner and there was nothing they could do. It's unclear why they didn't call a repairman. I had to sleep in a stuffy room with earplugs. This really ruined my impression of the hotel. Furthermore, the man working at reception truly behaved strangely for someone in the hospitality industry."

"Small hotel near the Main Street of Labuan Bajo. Location is great. Ideal starting point for the Komodo tours as pick up and drop off will let you get home without having to spend too much time stuck in traffic. Also? It’s less than 2km from the airport making it super convenient and cheap to get to. Shame I found a couple of small insects roaming around. Bonus points for the sunset/sunrise views!"

"The location is fantastic. Walking distance to shops, cafes and harbour. The owner, Guissepe or Pepe, is very friendly and welcoming. His restaurant Baccala Bajo is busy with tasty Italian cuisine fron Sicily. The rooms are very clean, spacious and bed was comfortable. There is a fridge and a frypan to prep brekky if need be. Highly recommend and would stay here again."

"An incredible view from our breathtaking terrace. Very comfortable room with a lovely terrace overlooking the entire bay of Labuan Bajo, with extraordinary sunsets. Very good bedding, nice bathroom with a partially open-air shower… Perfectly adapted air conditioning. Not really a restaurant (snacks available) but breakfasts served (always with kindness and a smile) on our own terrace. Very efficient and inexpensive laundry service (€1.20 per kg…). Superb infinity pool… so welcome in this climate… It should be noted that the hotel is built on the hill overlooking the bay, so access is quite steep… no elevator (and for good reason…) stairs to reach all the bungalows. Wi-Fi is available but rather unreliable. And to conclude, the staff are extremely kind, helpful, and always smiling."

"Our room was basic but clean, ideal for an overnight stop over, and the view was amazing. The staff were all pleasant and helpful. There is a restaurant and bar, again with fantastic sunset views towards Labuan Bajo and a pool with terrace area. A sea view room is a must. The hotel is on several levels with steps and no lift/elevator so limited mobility persons might have some difficulty. The hotel is only a few minutes from the airport but don't rely on the hotel pick-up (it didn't turn up for us) - just get a taxi, much easier and very inexpensive. Would stay here again if transiting Labuan Bajo."

However, it's conveniently located near the pier, right in the city center with easy access to supermarkets and restaurants. The rooftop bar has a direct sea view, and the staff were very warm and friendly."

"We had on night in double harbour view bedrooms with a wonderful view over the harbour for sunset which was amazingly picturesque. The accomodation was simple and the included breakfast was probably one of the best meals we had in Indonesia in the highly rated restaurant on the hotel grounds."
