"The hotel facilities are quite old. The elevators frequently malfunction, the buttons are unresponsive, and waiting for the elevator is difficult. The food is poor. The location is decent. It's right next to the Peacock River, and there are restaurants and souvenir shops nearby. If you're driving, I wouldn't recommend this hotel. The directions to the underground parking lot are for those metal frames with hard metal wheels; the spaces are narrow. Even as a 20-year veteran driver, I couldn't park there at all. I called the hotel, and they just told me to find a spot anywhere, but they didn't care... My family had to go to the hotel reception to get someone to unlock their parking space. I have absolutely no positive impression of the hotel."

I said, "Look, it says 4 PM!" She immediately said, "Then you'll be charged for every minute over!" Her attitude was as if someone owed her millions! I'll never go there again!"

Upon check-in, I received a beautifully prepared welcome gift, including a generous selection of fresh fruit, a hand-drawn greeting card, and vouchers for drinks and breakfast. The attention to detail was impeccable. Hotel Highlights: The Courtyard by Marriott Korla's design really stands out with its unique local flair, moving beyond a standardized look. It's artistic yet comfortable, and I was particularly impressed by the room layout and the views from the window. Dining Experience: The breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options. Plus, having access to the Renaissance hotel's pool and fitness center was a great bonus; the facilities and environment there were excellent. Overall Impression: From the warm welcome to the outstanding service, and from the design to the dining, this stay far exceeded my expectations. Without knowing it, the front desk arranged a smart classic king-size bed room. The bathroom and bathroom of this room type are right opposite the door, and it is very inconvenient that there is no towel rack in the bathroom. Thanks to Ctrip staff member Xiao Yang for his help in coordinating, we changed the room type the next day. As for the butler service mentioned in online reviews, a butler will take you to your room when you arrive on the designated floor. Since it is a high-rise room, not a resort style, is such guidance necessary? Speaking of which, does the hotel have a turn-down service at night? There was a good nightcap. There was nothing when we got back to the room on the first night, so we called to bring it. At breakfast in the restaurant the staff was all smiles at the manager and when we told her the coffee machine was out of water, said with a dark face, wait a minute! The next day, I got off the wrong elevator on the 12th floor. Later I found out that there were two elevators under the elevator guidance. The one I couldn't take didn't have any sign that residents couldn't take it. There is a step to the restaurant exit on the first floor, and the reminder is in the corner, not to remind guests, but simply to show its existence. I don’t know if the hotel should have a refrigerator. There is a refrigerator in the room on the 12th floor that is not plugged in and placed on the floor. In short, I hope that the service will be implemented and the hotel service will be improved to a higher level!"
