"We have just returned home after a week at Aphrodite Hills Hotel. We were initially a little apprehensive as we had never visited Cyprus before, but any concerns quickly disappeared on arrival. The staff were outstanding throughout our stay. At reception, Archi and Dawid gave us a very warm and friendly welcome. At breakfast, Elena provided excellent service every morning with a smile. The buffet restaurant food was exceptional, and we would like to thank Chef Angelos and his team for the amazing dishes. Balthasar, who served us, was extremely attentive and a credit to the restaurant. In the evenings, Melina made us feel very welcome at the lobby bar, and George in customer relations was also very helpful. A special mention also goes to the lady working tirelessly at the adult pool (we believe her name was Katalina), who worked incredibly hard and enhanced the experience for all guests. Our room (1302) overlooked the golf course with a lovely sea view. In our opinion, a swim-up room is not necessary, as the standard rooms with views like ours are excellent. Although we did not meet our housekeepers, the room was kept spotless with daily cleaning and evening towel changes. There were only a couple of minor negatives. Although we are cat lovers, cats occasionally wandering in the restaurant area and on tables was not ideal. Additionally, the reserving of sun loungers for long periods was frustrating and seemed unfair to other guests, despite this apparently being against hotel policy. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would happily recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Cyprus."

"Absolutely amazing experience, fantastic villa which was spotless fab pool with great sunsets, thought the whole sight was full of different and varied things to do and cannot fault the staff at all. Great rooms and very comfy beds too. Everyone we came across there was all equally eager to help us and extreme polite. Hans and gretel ice cream parlour is definitely worth a visit aswell if you are passing. I would recommend giving a visit to Aphrodites rock as it's only around a five minute drive depending on where you are located. I would highly recommend visiting worth every penny !!!!!"
