It's strategically located right in the city center, next to a food court and with a restaurant nearby. The hotel is clean and the front desk service is fast. The only downside is the water pressure, which isn't stable – sometimes strong, sometimes weak. Overall, it's good and suitable."

"We came here celebration of mom's 71st birthday. First of all, staff Bridget (check in) & Arun (bellboy) were wonderful. The rooms were lovely (we requested & got connecting). The amenities & service all around excellent. And what I loved most is the location - beachfront with gorgeous beach & sea at Teluk Cempedak & just next to shops / eateries. Do try out Overnight's Cafe by Simple Good Station (just after McDonald's). Walk on the beach from Hyatt ! So YES I'll most definitely return & recommend."

There wasn't much food around the area but the food at the resort was really amazing and the price wasn't super expensive The activities was a little less, quite a few stuff needs to be paid, like board game and even volleyball, but ping pong, cycling and archery was free If you're looking for somewhere out of the distractions, then maybe it's here, but if u wanna do some activities, hmmmm would rate it a 6/10, ended up watching netflix on laptop TV wasn't smart enough to have cable or direct netflix"

Sakin, dinlendirici bir tesis ve spa'dan keyif aldık. Ancak, çocuk kulübü yok, bu nedenle daha sakin aktivitelerden hoşlanan çocukları olan çiftler veya aileler için daha uygun olabilir. "Temiz ve modern 2 yatak odalı, mutfaklı ve 2 banyolu daire. Yataklar ve yatak takımları çok temiz ve rahattı. Elektrikli ocak ve pişirme gereçleri mevcuttu. Apartman binasının girişinde marketler, yemek yerleri ve kafeler, yolun karşısında ise birçok uygun fiyatlı, sade restoran (yerel Malay ve tom yam) bulunmaktadır. Ancak ücretsiz Wi-Fi bağlantısı zayıftı ve çoğu zaman kullanılamıyordu. Ayrıca maalesef mutfakta mikrodalga fırın veya çamaşır makinesi yoktu. Bu konuda büyük iyileştirmeler yapılabilir!"

"It was a bit of disappointment, the sleeping arrangements actually cannot accommodate for 6 adults, as the sofa bed was not stable and strong enough to hold 2 adult weight. The 2 queen size beds was placed side by side but there was not the same height, so can't to have one more person to sleep on. So it should not advertise can accommodate for 6 pax. Toothbrush, toothpaste was not provided and we have to go and buy."

"Me and my husband booked this hotel for our staycation before Ramadan start. The price offer affordable with our budget since we went there during school holiday and CNY. We choose superior room which located in front of the pool. The resort are huge/big, a bit classic since the room interior quite oldies. I guess it's true this resort was build on 1987~ somewhere. The resorts well maintain, the staff are welcoming, polite, good PR with guests inquiries. The resort have great access to the beach that you may walk from the room/pool/restaurants. They have 2 pools, the one are surround by the villas/superior room and they have pool theme park (small theme park), require to wear the bands (will provide during check-in), the kids definitely enjoyed playing at the pool so do adults too. The other side of theme park pool, the have pool facing the beach and besids the restaurant, and of course their lifeguard always monitor the guests in pool area. There so many type of rooms you may choose in future. Furthermore, their breakfast menus are satisfied to enjoy, staff that always ready to clean up once guest finished their meal. Overall it's very comfy, nice and beautiful resort to choose for staycation/holiday. Definitely will come again in future."

"Came for the beach and it didn't disappoint—pure bliss! 🌊 But fair warning: the floors are super noisy. Every step comes with a loud crack and the whole floor vibrates when people move about. Great for 'healing' outdoors, but not the quietest experience indoors!"

"The hotel is in a good location and you can walk to the beach. The room is not clean. There are a lot of blood stains on the pads under the sheets. The sheets and pillows are not clean and have a peculiar smell. There are a lot of ants and the bathroom door is moldy."
