"Had a wonderful stay at Sheraton Kuching with my best friend! The hotel was clean, modern, and very comfortable. The room was spacious with a beautiful view, and the beds were super cozy after a long day exploring Kuching. The staff were friendly and welcoming throughout our stay, making the experience even more pleasant. The location was also very convenient, with easy access to the waterfront, cafés, and local attractions. It was the perfect place for a short getaway and quality time with my best friend. Overall, we had a memorable and enjoyable stay and would definitely come back again when visiting Kuching!"

"Ask for quite room when booking, but they give me the room most near to the lift. I was check in around 2.30pm, not late check in and you prefer to send me kinda room. Everyone who passing by, talking, screaming I can heard very clearly. Woken by noises every morning!! Room electric power failure, twice!! Ask to change room, but they say they got their policy so cannot change. I'm staying for 3night, not only one night. Everytime pay a visit to kuching, this hotel is the first choice I'll pick. But this trip make me feel very disappointed."

"The hotel’s location is excellent and very convenient, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The hotel is clean, well-maintained, and overall the stay was pleasant. However, there were a couple of issues that affected my experience. At night, the room was very noisy because there is a nightclub next door, and the loud music continued until around 2-3 a.m., making it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. In addition, during dinner hours, the smell of food from the nearby restaurant would enter the room, which was quite unpleasant. If you’re a light sleeper, I would recommend requesting a room that is farther away from the nightclub. Overall, apart from the noise and occasional food smell, the hotel offers a good stay."

"Overall rooms are basic with towels, toilet necessities provided. The shower hot water & pressure is super for a refreshing bath. Inter room sound insulation is quite bad you can hear the next room talking or watching TV clearly. Front desk staff were helpful in explaining the hotel policy. The hotel needs to look into their breakfast with better food varieties and the amount of food being served. We came down around 7:30am with most of the trays empty. Kitchen staff should also be trained to serve customers beside giving a deaf ear when customers assistance or request instead of just walked away into the kitchen."
