If you turn the corner to the right and walk a short distance from the accommodation, there are restaurants and places where you can have breakfast. After dinner, I went for a walk in Namho Park and watched many people dancing. After breakfast, I took another walk around Namho Park, and since it was Sunday, there was some kind of marathon taking place, which I watched as well. In the evening, a night market opens nearby, making it a great place to grab various snacks. I recommend this place because the satisfaction level is high for the price."

Initially, we were given a room with a projector TV, but since we don't watch movies and wanted to watch local channels, we had a hard time getting it to work. They promptly switched us to a room with a regular TV, and then everything was perfect! It was only a few yuan to take a taxi to the Kuche Royal Palace, and we were absolutely captivated by the beautiful doors and windows of Kuche."

"The environment is indeed beautiful, but the price and service are completely mismatched! From check-in, it was chaotic. We were staying for three days, but they only gave us a room key for one day. When we went to sort out the room key issue the next day, they looked confused and asked if we wanted to extend our stay. I mean... And housekeeping every day was incredibly difficult. On the first day, they came with a broom and asked if I wanted them to sweep and mop, then asked what else I needed. I might as well have just cleaned it myself. After they 'cleaned,' it looked pretty much the same as before, and the disposables were never fully replenished. On the second day, they called to ask if we wanted housekeeping. Isn't daily room cleaning a standard procedure for a hotel?! They claimed to prioritize guest privacy, but if you call and confirm, then at least send someone to clean! We returned to the hotel, opened the door, and I nearly fainted – it was exactly as we had left it... It was already 4 PM! The room still hadn't been cleaned, can you believe it? A room costing over 1,000 per night, with this kind of service? I can't accept it. I gave them time to clean, and they told me it was done, but when I went back, it still wasn't finished. You really do laugh when you're speechless. Moreover, I only found out my family's other room had hand soap and a full set of four toiletries in the bathroom (shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, body lotion). Our room had no hand soap, and initially, only one bottle of shampoo and one bottle of shower gel. They only replenished two more bottles later. The hotel eventually apologized, but you can't expect guests to pay for your mistakes. P.S. On the way out, I used the public restroom, and the hygiene was absolutely dreadful. How could it be so dirty?..."

The first impression this hotel gives is one of "a perfect blend of sophistication and warmth." The lobby design is simple yet not shabby. Warm yellow lighting softly illuminates the marble floor, reflecting a gentle sheen. There's no excessive lavish decoration, yet every detail exudes a refined aesthetic. A subtle aromatherapy scent permeates the air—not the pungent industrial fragrance, but a fresh, soothing woody aroma that instantly relaxes you and relieves the fatigue of your journey. The welcoming staff at the entrance had exceptionally genuine smiles, proactively helping with luggage and guiding guests through check-in. Their efficient yet considerate actions immediately conveyed a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The check-in process was even more impressive. I had anticipated long queues and slow procedures during the holiday, but the hotel had prepared in advance, opening multiple check-in windows and assigning a dedicated account manager. After I presented my ID, the staff not only quickly completed the check-in process but also thoughtfully offered a warm glass of lemonade and gently inquired if I needed information about the hotel's facilities or nearby attractions. Even more touching was that they remembered my pre-notice request for a quiet room on a lower floor, immediately showing me my room key and clearly indicating the locations of the elevator, stairs, and breakfast area. They even thoughtfully reminded me of the breakfast opening hours and usage rules—efficient and attentive throughout, without a trace of perfunctory service. Guest Room: A Comfortable Haven Filled with Details Spatial Layout: Spacious and Practical, with a Logical Flow The moment I opened the door, I was amazed by the spaciousness of the room. This time, I booked [room type], and the actual area was much larger than expected, a full [XX] square meters, without feeling cramped at all. The room layout was particularly well-designed, with clear separation between the rest area, work area, and washroom area, ensuring both privacy and practicality. The two single sofas in the rest area were soft and comfortable, with skin-friendly and breathable fabric. Placed in front of the floor-to-ceiling windows, they created a perfect little relaxation corner. Sitting here in the afternoon, with sunlight streaming in through the windows, enjoying a cup of the hotel's complimentary tea, flipping through a few pages of my book, or simply daydreaming, felt incredibly pleasant. The desk in the work area was spacious and sturdy, equipped with a charging socket (including a Type-C interface), a desk lamp, and even thoughtfully provided a notepad and pen—a godsend for those who need to handle work on short notice. The desk lamp provided soft, non-glaring light with adjustable brightness, making it comfortable for both working and reading, perfectly meeting the needs of business travelers. The washroom area featured a wet and dry separation design, keeping the space bright and dry. The washbasin was spacious and clean, with a full range of toiletries: high-quality shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and hand soap. The bottles had a simple design, produced fine foam that was easy to rinse, and left hair feeling soft and supple without any tightness. The toilet was a smart model, complete with a heated seat, warm water wash, and warm air dryer – thoughtful details indeed. The shower had stable and ample water pressure, making the water feel exceptionally comfortable. Hot water was supplied quickly, eliminating long waits, and even with multiple people using the water consecutively, the temperature remained consistent, perfectly addressing a common travel pain point. Hardware Facilities: Outstanding Quality, Superior Experience The room's hardware facilities were truly "above-standard," with every detail showcasing the hotel's attention to detail. First and foremost was the bedding, a truly delightful surprise. The mattress was a custom-made, individually pocketed spring mattress from a reputable brand, offering perfect balance of firmness and support. Lying on it provided even support, relieving back and waist fatigue without feeling too firm or too soft. The four-piece bedding set is made of high-thread-count cotton, soft and delicate to the touch, extremely skin-friendly, light and warm against the skin, ensuring a good night's sleep—even more comfortable than my bed at home. The room's air conditioning system is also exceptionally powerful, cooling and heating quickly, and operating almost silently, without disturbing my rest. I specifically noticed that the air vents are cleverly designed; cool/warm air doesn't blow directly onto the bed, avoiding the problem of "catching a chill," while also quickly regulating the room temperature to maintain a comfortable range. The lighting design is also perfect. The room has multiple lighting modes: the main light is bright and soft, while the bedside lamps, wall lamps, and floor lamps each serve their purpose, with evenly distributed light, no glaring spots, and no dark corners. Whether getting up at night, reading before bed, or waking up in the morning, there's suitable lighting to meet functional needs and create a warm atmosphere. Furthermore, the thoughtful details in the room made guests feel valued: the wardrobe included a clothes rack, laundry bags, slippers, and a safe for storing valuables; the desk had ample power outlets and adapters to accommodate different devices; the mini-fridge offered complimentary bottled water, drinks, and snacks at affordable prices, not much more expensive than convenience stores, and readily available; the room's Wi-Fi signal was strong and fast, ensuring smooth video calls, file downloads, and streaming without any buffering. "The air conditioner was broken, and when we asked to change rooms late at night, they said there were no rooms available. They gave us an electric heater, but even in such a large room in winter, it was still cold. The hotel staff should have noticed this when they were cleaning, and if they did, they should have fixed the problem. I wanted a refund, but my husband had been drinking and couldn't drive, so we had to make do for one night. The experience was extremely unpleasant."
