"We book the hotel almost every month but the stay is normally pleasant. This time the stay was a nightmare, bathroom faucet came in hand when opened and wouldn't close, the bed had stains, AC would turn of itself leaving the room super hot. I complained the staff early morning and they said they would send someone to check the AC and provide requested toiletries but no one came. We checked out as we were frustrated and when I complained again at the checkout, all I got was a sorry. The entire stay got ruined because of the room."

"Very bad, I decided to book it because Ctrip had a relatively high rating! As a result, I opened the quilt and found a lot of curly hair on the bed. It was really disgusting. There were not just one or two hairs, but maybe eight or nine! It means that the bed sheets were not changed at all when the last guest checked out! The location is very remote, not to mention far from downtown Buffalo. In such a suburban place, the room size is extremely small, 15 square meters at most! Although the hotel is new, the facilities inside are quite poor. For example, the quality of the shower head is very poor! The most regretful hotel I have ever stayed in! Please don't stay here!"

(+) We had two comfy queen sized bed, spacious room, free breakfast but limited options, free coffee available 24/7. Overall stay was okay."
