No toiletries or towels are provided in the room; it's assumed you shower downstairs. When I asked the third-floor guest room reception, they said there's no shower in the room and you have to go downstairs. The hot spring reception staff said the same thing, adding that the water in the room is quite cold and you can shower downstairs anytime. But have they considered parents with children of the opposite sex? Basically, it's like you play in the hot spring, shower, and then go back to your room to sleep. Overall, it's alright, passable if you can manage."

At first we were not sure that the hotel could provide our special request of a crib in the room, however the hotel staff went out of their way to accommodate us. Grace the manager assigned to us, was able to arrange a crib and bathtub as requested, and helped with things that really made our stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. We had a very good, clean and spacious room and were able to cool off at the pool. We will definitely stay here again. Thanks to all the staff that gave us a very pleasant stay."
