"Upon entering, there was a strong smell of dust. I noticed the air conditioning unit was showing a filter cleaning alert, which explained the odor. The towels looked like they'd been used for ages, with frayed edges and loose threads everywhere. This is the first time I've seen such tiny bottles of shampoo and shower gel – they're really skimping. There was a hole in the door frame, the bathroom lock was broken, and there were cracks in the walls. The facilities are old and run-down, and the pillows were yellowed and stained. It was just a really disappointing experience."
