"The hotel was clean and tidy, with no foreign objects in the rooms. However, due to the hotel's recent opening, there was a slight odor in the rooms, but the hotel provided a Xiaomi air purifier, which significantly reduced the smell, and my child showed no allergic reactions. Regarding facilities, the hotel has no underground parking; there are about twenty parking spaces in front of the lobby. When these spaces are full, staff will advise guests to park on the sidewalk in front of the hotel, which is somewhat unacceptable. In terms of service, the hotel provides standard services for its star rating, but I personally suggest that the hotel improve its service awareness at the managerial level and its handling of customer feedback. The issue stemmed from a parking problem the previous day. I contacted the front desk that day but received no response. This morning, after the check-out staff inquired about my stay three times, they finally told me about the unpleasant experience last night, promising to get back to me today, but ultimately, no reply came. This apparent enthusiasm and attentiveness contrasted sharply with the reality."

"There was cigarette ash on the floor under the trash can in the bathroom, and in the sink as well. Many items in the room felt very plasticky, and the bathroom walls were covered with plastic panels. The welcoming staff were very friendly, but the front desk staff were extremely rude. They wouldn't even look at you while you were talking to them, and when you tried to see their name tag to complain, they wouldn't look up because they were looking down. There wasn't even a laundry room; they said it opened last August, and eight months later, they still haven't built one. They were incredibly arrogant, saying everything else was complete except the laundry room, and the front desk staff were very condescending. I don't know how they got a five-star rating; it's much worse than the nearby Fucheng Jianguo Hotel. I will definitely not stay at this hotel again when I'm on a business trip to Lankao."
