"We were visiting one of our sons who lives nearby. We stayed in room 7 which, although it faced the road, was very quiet. Bed was very comfortable and the linen kept us warm. Breakfast was excellent as was the evening meal. Staff were excellent, cheerful, helpful and there when you wanted them but not hovering so close as to be intrusive. If you have reason to be in the Stevenage/Hitchen/Letchworth area, STAY HERE! You won't regret it!"

"As a regular visitor to Letchworth Garden City Premier Inn for the last 18 months I can honestly say the staff cannot do enough to make our stay happy and comfortable. We stay here once a month for the Emil Dale Associates. It is incredibly convenient for both EDA and the train station. Our rooms are always clean and comfortable and nothing is ever too much trouble for this hard working and incredibly friendly staff."
