"I booked for 2 nights. Place was beautiful, staff are polite and professional. Booked the hotel because it says it’s got Wi-fi. Upon arriving there’s WiFi in the room but NO signal, and there’s no data signal too. The only wifi connection is at the restaurant which is also very weak. I requested to cancel and refund the 2nd night but the property rejected the request. I would’ve been fine if it’s not listed on the amenities. If there’s no wifi, update the listing so it doesn’t disrupt our travel arrangements and lose money. Since they rejected my request, I had to book another hotel while still paying for this one."

"The room was small, compared to the original booking that I had reserved. They cannot find my booking reservations so they had to put me in 1 of the rooms available. I booked for a Deluxe Suite, and they said they can’t locate my booking. So they had to transfer me to a smaller room, which is quite a downgrade to what I had paid. No compensations provided. Anyway, the room was still fine, but cleanliness is not at its best. They didnt really do much effort to clear signs of previous visitor. See photo below. Overall experience, average."

"Çevrimiçi rezervasyon yaptırdım ve oraya vardığımızda asansör çalışmıyordu. Sonra anahtar kartımızı alıp odaya çıktık. Her yerde kıyafetler, asılı havlular ve dağınık yatakla zaten içeride birileri vardı. Dışarı çıktık ve kat müdüründen bize başka bir oda ayarlamasını istedik. Sorun değildi ama akşam yemeği için dışarı çıktıktan sonra anahtar kartının çalışmadığını gördük. Bunun yine bir sürü merdiven inip çıkmak anlamına geldiğini ve 65 yaşında olduğumu ve bu yüzden takdir edilmediğini anlamalısınız. Kartı yeniden başlattığımda şikayet ettim ve aynı kişi hala ön bürodaydı ve sanki aptalmışım ve kullanımda olan bir daire hakkında hikaye uydurmuşum gibi ilk odanın boş olduğunu söylüyordu. İyi konum ama tekrar gitmeyi düşüneceğim bir yer haline gelmeleri için düzgün bir yönetime ihtiyaçları var. En hafif tabirle korkunç bir deneyimdi."
