"Stayed here a night whilst in Lille Hotel very central and just a 5/6 min walk from main square and literally across the road from Lille Flandres station…great location There’s not really a reception but there’s someone at the property from 11am -3pm for any issues You gain access to the property by QR code and the same access to your room Room itself was small and could be a slight hindrance to a couple but for a solo traveller and at the price I got it for..an absolute bargain Bathroom had decent shower and good water pressure too …WiFi was free and pretty fast and bed was super comfortable ( thicker pillows be nice though!) Staff that I encountered were very friendly too Overall an absolute bargain it has to be said …Will certainly stay here when I’m back in Lille"

"I was well received at the reception. But the cleanliness needs to be reviewed... There were marks on the walls, on the curtains, the dust under the bed is not removed... the shower door seal does not close... Otherwise the position of the hotel is very good opposite the station, on the other hand remember to reserve a parking space because it is not included in the reservation!"

"I only stayed one night at Hôtel Barrière Lille, but it was exactly what I needed — clean, modern, and super comfortable. The location is great, just a short walk from Lille Europe station, and the area felt safe even in the evening. The room was spacious, quiet, and well-designed, with a really comfortable bed and a spotless bathroom. Check-in was smooth and the staff were polite and helpful."

"It's a very new business hotel near a subway station, with a comfortable and clean environment. However, the amenities are somewhat limited. Hair dryers need to be borrowed from the front desk (I suspect the quantity is limited, as I couldn't borrow any one night). Also, note that slippers, toothbrushes, etc., are not provided in the rooms."

"Gittiğim her zamanki tesiste daha fazlasını bulamayınca, itiraf etmeliyim ki biraz korktuğum için karşılama otelinde yer ayırttım. Geldiğimde ne hoş bir sürpriz oldu. Personel harika, resepsiyondaki küçük hanımlar çok sevimli ve oda gerçekten iyiydi. 5 yıldızlı bir otel değil ama gerçekten kötü de değil. Banyolar yenileniyor, bu yüzden biraz hoşgörülü olmanız gerekiyor... Aslında kahvaltı oldukça basit ama kaliteli, şefin çalıştığını görebiliyorsunuz ve belli ki donmuş ürün yok... 'aktif olarak soyulan taze' var sebzeler ve görmek çok güzel. Lille'deyken zevkle oraya geri döneceğim."

"Located near the old city of Lille, this hotel offers a good service. I strongly recommend to take a room on the back part of the hotel to avoid the street noises. The rooms are relatively small and there is little space left around the bed. Breakfast is OK and the wi-fi works fine. A convenient place for a short stay in Lille."

"What a beautiful hotel, oldie worldy & the aroma when you walk in is amazing, sort of sandalwood greetings & the ambience absolutely beautiful. However, I wanted room service, I could get the menu up on the QR code, I had to go downstairs & get one, totally defeats the point of wanting 'room service' which I was informed not 24/7 but, the 'chef' had pre-prepared food in a glass jar, the receptionist heated it up in a microwave & served it..nice! I've been home for two days and still waiting for the hotel to send someone to my room & fix the air-con/heater!! It was so cold I had to open the window to get some heat in!! Ridiculous, really for a "4 star" hotel the bathroom/toilet was disgusting, decor falling & holes in the walls etc. Not good enough by 4 star standards! Ashame really as it was lovely. Thank you for reading my rant!"

"*Hotel rooms are very old compared to other Novotels! * Reservation was made with the child, but they did not prepare the sofa bed. They prepare it in other novotels. *They charged breakfast for the child! Normally the children should be free in Novotels!! I paid 18€ extra!!"

"It is a very nice hotel, but my stay was ruined. The hotel had decided to have a DJ blast music from one of the hotel rooms to celebrate festivities in Lille that weekend. The DJ was blasting music through an open window to the street below at exceptionally high volume levels. My room was above the DJ. The music shook the room, it was impossible for us to stay in the room. It was a lovely room but it wasn't fit for purpose, and should not have been hired out to guests when the hotel had arranged for a DJ to be creating that level of noise below them. I arrived at the hotel after a 15 hour journey, desperate for rest before going out to meet friends in the evening. Rest was simply impossible in the room. As a result my evening out was also ruined. At the very least a hotel needs to provide a quite relaxing room for guests, this wasn't done. I would advise you to consider other options available before considering this hotel."
