"It's a very new business hotel near a subway station, with a comfortable and clean environment. However, the amenities are somewhat limited. Hair dryers need to be borrowed from the front desk (I suspect the quantity is limited, as I couldn't borrow any one night). Also, note that slippers, toothbrushes, etc., are not provided in the rooms."

"This was our second stay at this hotel, and we were very disappointed. Our room (502) was tiny; it was impossible to walk around the bed as it was right up against the wall. To get into bed, you had to climb on top of it. Furthermore, we had to move the bed away from the wall to set up a respirator. Trays would have been a welcome addition for breakfast. Otherwise, the rooms were clean and the staff were very helpful. One would expect better from a 2-star hotel, especially since the price isn't all that great, even for a long-term reservation."

"The facilities were fine, but I had a problem with the size of a 23-square-meter superior room, which was also crammed with furniture, so we couldn't pass each other or had to move it constantly. The breakfast was varied but inadequate. First, there was no cheese and insufficient toppings unless you opted for fruit and granola. On the second day, there wasn't enough bread and barely any scrambled eggs. And then there was the coffee machine, which 7 out of 10 people had a problem with. The staff was extremely friendly, helpful, and approachable; they deserve a big compliment. In terms of price-quality ratio, it was subpar, not including the spa and wellness facilities. P.S.: The lighting was also inadequate."

The breakfasts were wonderful each day and she found some great vegan options for me. The hot tub is a unique addition too. We’d definitely recommend! :)"

"Facilities: The decoration in the room is quite modern and the style is super warm, mainly in saturated colors. There is also a super large sofa bed in the room. I don’t know if it can accommodate multiple people. Environmental health: very clean and spotless Transportation: The hotel is located opposite the train station, about a 2-minute walk away. There are bars and other public places downstairs, which is very convenient. It only takes 10 minutes to walk to various attractions or shopping areas. Service: The service is good. The hotel can basically do 100% self-service check-in. They will send an email with a QR code as the "key" to enter the hotel and the room, which will automatically take effect when the check-in time comes. Super convenient. Fortunately, early check-in was successful."

"Location is great and there is a car park just next to the hotel As it is near a street with bar and restaurant you will sometime hear ppl talk and car pass by when midnight which was little bit frustrating The staff was helpful except there was an issue of elevator and I had two suitcase on 1/F When I checked with the staff they said nothing they can do for me which made me confused."

"We stayed with 8 people (and a baby) divided over the Faidherbe and the Shake locations for 4 nights. The apartments are modern and spacious, and are quiet. We particularly liked the quality of the beds, shower and kitchen equipment (and the goody bag 😎). Communication was very proactive and very clear. Location of Faidherbe the best, the only apartment we could find in the centre that has an elevator, for us a must. Shake is close as well and offers more light and a bigger elevator (pram and wheelchair). Overall we we very happy with the accomodation and the lovely weather helped of course. This was our second visit. Lille is a great and interesting destination for a couple of days!"
