"The welcome was adequate, nothing more! The apartment was very nice. New, but already some things were missing, and they were charged if not mentioned. The breakfast wasn't good quality, especially the drinks, and they didn't replenish them. I made a request and was met with a dismissive sigh, as if I was bothering them. Furthermore, I was charged twice. I'm waiting for a refund. They're just starting out, but for this level of service, you'd expect a much higher standard. The staff is probably poorly trained... Very limited parking. Book well in advance, and be aware that the spaces aren't suitable for SUVs."

"This was our second stay at this hotel, and we were very disappointed. Our room (502) was tiny; it was impossible to walk around the bed as it was right up against the wall. To get into bed, you had to climb on top of it. Furthermore, we had to move the bed away from the wall to set up a respirator. Trays would have been a welcome addition for breakfast. Otherwise, the rooms were clean and the staff were very helpful. One would expect better from a 2-star hotel, especially since the price isn't all that great, even for a long-term reservation."

"Room No. 36: All the staff were friendly. Day and night. Perfect location (right in front of the train station and less than 10 minutes walk from the different squares and Euralille). The room was sufficient for our stay in Lille. Super clean. Excellent bedding. Nickel heating. No view of the street (just an interior courtyard), which is perfect for a peaceful night's sleep except for a noise emanating from turbines or others (I don't know!) but that didn't bother me. The bathroom in our room is not very large and is not suitable for tall or heavy people. There was a little attention for our arrival (New Year), a kind word, good wishes and a small present. It was nice. Besides, I thank them again for this little attention because I did not know how to respond (no pen!) to the letter. The breakfast is more than sufficient and is frankly very good. The elevator is very narrow and small but sufficient. Please note: carpet in the room and in the corridors. To check for those with allergies!! In summary: 2-star hotel that deserves to be known. Honestly a very good 2 star +++++. A small 2 star"

Staff were friendly and parking a bonus but was 20 euros a night. Breakfast adequate. Not in the best part of Lille, lots of homeless people . Very central for Xmas market and Eurolille."

"Friendly staff, nice location. Sound insulation extremely poor, you’re literally sleeping on busy streets even wearing earplugs. Sleeping for 6+ hours is impossible. And I don’t know why Trip.com charges 27GBP per person breakfast, definitely don’t worth it."
