"It's a very new business hotel near a subway station, with a comfortable and clean environment. However, the amenities are somewhat limited. Hair dryers need to be borrowed from the front desk (I suspect the quantity is limited, as I couldn't borrow any one night). Also, note that slippers, toothbrushes, etc., are not provided in the rooms."

"It was a last-minute reservation. Lille was full because of the conference. It was in the middle of a heat wave. In this context, the money value was not really net. There was no air conditioning, the breakfast variety was very poor, and the lift would not work properly. I asked for a high-level room as it is close to the train station, but I got a room on the second floor, which was very noisy, and I had to keep the windows open due to the heat. The hotel was clean. They gave me a bottle of water twice, but would not allow me to put some food in the fridge as it is very small which ended up by me throwing it again because if the heat. I liked the QR code methods for the entrance very practical. It has a very good location close to everything."

"I don't know how this qualifies as a 3 star hotel. Rooms very basic. No kettle, fridge or safe.Also could do with a soft light on the desk. Room small. Staff were friendly and parking a bonus but was 20 euros a night. Breakfast adequate. Not in the best part of Lille, lots of homeless people . Very central for Xmas market and Eurolille."

"Location is great and there is a car park just next to the hotel As it is near a street with bar and restaurant you will sometime hear ppl talk and car pass by when midnight which was little bit frustrating The staff was helpful except there was an issue of elevator and I had two suitcase on 1/F When I checked with the staff they said nothing they can do for me which made me confused."

"2 bed apartment is a ten minute walk from the train station. It was a spacious apartment, clean and welcoming and within easy walking distance to all the main attractions and transport links. Lille is an easy place to visit but brush up on your French as we found few people spoke English."
