"The hotel is fine, clean, and the bed is comfortable. Perfect for a budget stop on your trip. Automatic access, since there's no 24-hour reception, was a bit complicated. They couldn't find our reservation, so we had to call to activate it. The code was different, and they kept asking us to pay again… luckily, there was a receptionist who took pity on us and helped us. It's a bit far from everything; you need a car to get something to eat or to visit Limoges."

"The rooms are quite satisfactory, the bath water is not hot at night, and I took a cold shower and took a long time. As a result, I had to check out the next day and the water was hot again. The hotel has a bar and a place to eat. The scenery outside the restaurant is excellent. If it is not raining, it is worth walking by the lake. There is a swimming pool."

"If you want a self catering apart / hotel this is perfect. The restored building is tastefully done with the rooms well appointed a a large modern bathroom. Given there is no food on offer you'll have to bring it with you or hunt something down in town, not easy first thing in the morning. We liked the place though it lacls warmth and ambience. Having said that we'd stay here again, beds and linen all excellent quality, and room very spacious."
