"This was my second trip to Japan, and the hotel was newly renovated, clean, and well-equipped with standard amenities. What really stood out was how incredibly enthusiastic the female staff at the front desk were. They proactively helped my elderly companions, even showing them how to use the coffee machine. That left a lasting impression. The dining options were just okay, but you could see the high-speed rail station from the restaurant window. Although it's about a kilometer from the station, it's the closest hotel around, as there are no other buildings near the station."

"The family room was much bigger than I expected, completely different from other hotels where they just cram two beds into one room. It felt like it used to be a suite that was converted, with two connecting rooms each having a large bed. This is perfect for families traveling with older children, as everyone gets their own space. Both rooms were very spacious, the overall decor felt quite high-end, and the cleanliness was also good. What was particularly thoughtful was that all the duvets were summer quilts – I've put up with thick duvets in other hotels for so long, so it's very considerate that this hotel thought of that. The only slight downside was that the room was at the very end of the hallway, and the hotel's layout is a bit odd; it takes a while to walk from the elevator, and dragging luggage along that path was a bit difficult. A nice touch, though, was that the hallway featured many small display cases showcasing Linfen's local culture, history, and intangible cultural heritage. This was great and made the long walk down the corridor less boring. The mini-bar in the room offered complimentary drinks, and breakfast was decent – enough to fill you up, and the local beef meatball noodles were good. Parking was convenient with an underground garage right next door. They also have a gym and a laundry room, so the facilities are good, and you can even order coffee on the first floor. The only minor issue was that the floor drain in the bathroom seemed to have a bit of an odor when we first entered, but flushing water down it fixed it right up. Hopefully, they can address that."

"Where to take the children to the legendary scenic spot to play, this hotel shows that it is the closest to the scenic spot, the price is not high, and it is also staying with the mentality of trying. After all, it has not been long since the new opening, but I didn’t expect the price to be so high. The environment makes people feel very comfortable. From the front desk staff to the aunts who cleaned the store, they were very enthusiastic and responsible. We responded with patience if we had any questions. When we arrived at the room, our eyes were bright. Not only did we upgrade the room but also brought a bay window. It can really be a garden view room. Forgot to take pictures for breakfast. There are quite a lot of categories, the place is not very big but clean, and there is no charge for two children. This price is worth recommending! ! !"

If there were a small mirror on the table opposite the sink, it would be perfect. Cleanliness: Very good. Environment: Located inside a shopping mall, you can directly access the mall without even going outside, making dining very convenient. Service: The front desk and restaurant staff are exceptionally helpful."

"The room facilities were superb. The hotel opened in 2024, so all the equipment was new, the rooms were spacious and bright, and spotless. The best part was the smart home control system throughout the room; you could turn the lights on and off and draw the curtains with a simple "Xiaodu Xiaodu," and there was even a smart toilet – it was incredibly high-tech."

"My wife and I stayed at the Linfen Xiangyue Hotel on a road trip. The receptionist was very welcoming! The room was clean, with separate wet and dry areas, comfortable bedding, and free snacks. Mineral water was available in the hallway for guests to help themselves. The hotel is a highly regarded hotel! The breakfast was plentiful, and there are many restaurants nearby, along with a large parking lot. Highly recommended for road trippers!"

"I came to Linfen for tourism and found a hotel with a high rating. The lobby was full of orange fragrance. There were many free snacks and drinks in the lobby, and the breakfast was really great. I drank the local special old tofu, which tasted great. When I checked out, they helped me pack a drink, which was very considerate. I will choose it next time"

"The parking was quite a distance from the accommodation, which was very inconvenient. There was a power outage on the day of check-in. It was incredibly noisy at night; the room had absolutely no soundproofing. The main road outside was noisy, the windows and downstairs were noisy, and the people playing games outside the hallway were even noisier. I couldn't sleep all night because of the constant yelling. I checked out at 5 AM the next morning and ran away! It's terrible; if you're going to pay money and suffer, run!"

"Linfen was the last stop of our trip to the northwest. It was a pleasant surprise when we entered the hotel. The hotel facilities were good, and the service was first-class with handsome men and beautiful women! The food in the restaurant was also very good. Water was placed in the corridor for you to drink. It was very convenient to make tea after a tiring day. It was worthy of praise! But there were some minor flaws when we returned to the room after drinking at night: the bed sheets and quilt covers seemed to be changed before they were dry, and it was so damp that I couldn't sleep at night! Especially my brother woke up several times. And the toothbrush shed hair! It fell all over my mouth! It was disgusting! The hotel is generally good, and I hope these details will be corrected!"

The cleanliness was impeccable, with every corner being spotlessly clean. I especially want to praise the dining area! The restaurant was immaculately clean and the service was excellent. The waitstaff was always available, promptly refilling dishes and clearing plates, and their friendly attitude was very comfortable. Checking out was also very convenient, giving the overall experience a perfect score! I'll stay here again when I'm in Linfen and will recommend it to friends!"

"Travelled as a group of five, including three elderly people, and the hotel was truly amazing. They paid attention to the elderly, picked us up from the train station, and dropped us off. The bedroom was comfortable, and the breakfast spread was delicious. If you enjoy street food and history, the hotel is in the centre of it all. It is a five-minute car ride from the ancestral tree museum, and just outside the hotel, you can smell a street filled with food, fresh fruits, and vegetables. I would definitely visit again if I wanted to see the museum again. Thank you for an amazing experience."

They even offer complimentary snacks. I cut my finger while I was out, and when I came back, the front desk helped me bandage it up. They have a well-stocked first aid kit for bandaging. There are also free toiletries available, and heated bottled water and coffee. Overall, I had a great experience."
