I went to the 5th floor first, and when I opened the door, I saw a gym. I went back and took the elevator to 5A. I couldn't find room 523 on the floor, and there was no phone on the floor. When I got to the elevator, there was a phone, and I called it, and it turned out to be Tianrui Hotel. Did I end up in another hotel? ? ? Then I went back to the page and called the front desk. The front desk said I should press 5. Shouldn’t the front desk explain it clearly? I guess we are not the first guests to encounter this situation, right? Either set the elevator control so that it cannot reach other people’s hotels, or explain clearly to the guests during check-in at the front desk. I was tired after a day, and I couldn't find the room on the floor late at night. I was speechless."
