"This was one of our best motel experiences for years. The rooms were large and looked modern. Enormous beds. Plenty of power points. Bedside tables. Overhead reading lights. Very large shower/toilet. The water in the shower was perfect - good pressure, warmed up quickly, and did not run out half way through a shower. Enough bench space beside the bathroom sink, and a cupboard underneath. Undercover parking nearby. Our room was on the first floor - there are no rooms on the ground floor. However there was a lift. The Workers Club next door provided meals. Would return."

"If you've ever wanted to sleep in a High School classroom or any other government run institution then this is the hotel for you. They were definitely going for the low security correctional centre vibe with the bare floors and clanging iron gates. Whom ever put comfort in the name had a keen sense of irony. I struggle showering each day with my husband's body hair in the shower without having to do so with those of a complete stranger. The bathroom cleanliness really needs work. Otherwise it's a good central location and a good cafe next door. So if all you want is literally a bed then go for it."
