There's a KTV downstairs, and the bass from the speakers vibrated through the building like an earthquake, making my heart pound. I contacted the front desk after midnight to complain, and they didn't even reply until past 2 AM. Is that how they handle issues? This place is not fit for humans; it doesn't meet basic hotel or rest standards. Anyone who stays here is getting ripped off big time! Minus one hundred out of ten!"

"We went during the May Day holiday. Arrived at 2 PM and had to wait in a long line to check in. Finally got a room, but it wasn't cleaned yet. My family and I (including seniors and children) went straight to the hot spring. When we returned at 4 PM, the room still hadn't been cleaned, and it smelled awful. I called the front desk, and they just kept saying they'd notify housekeeping immediately. Half an hour later, they told us it was ready. We finally got into the room close to 5 PM. As soon as we entered, there was a dirty rag on the table, emitting an unpleasant smell. The toothbrushes were all opened, and no new ones were provided. The bathroom was grimy, and there were food crumbs from previous guests on the sofa. The hygiene was truly appalling. The buffet dinner was like a chaotic market. I'm not sure if it was because of the holiday, but all the hotel's amenities seemed overwhelmed. I do not recommend this place."

"Traveling during the Qingming Festival, we managed to avoid the heavy rain and arrived in Longmen. A big thank you to Joan for the thoughtful arrangements. As a Gold member, I received a complimentary breakfast and was upgraded to a suite. We brought our dog, and the hotel is pet-friendly, with a 250 RMB cleaning fee. The hotel was almost fully booked, so it was quite crowded. I regret not bringing a swimsuit and missing out on the hot springs."

From the entrance to the room, the security guards, the front desk lady and the room attendant are all enthusiastic and smiling. It feels like home. There is a koi pond, which was shipped from Japan. You can feed the fish after breakfast in the morning. It's very nice. I recommend it to my friends."
