"1. Without prior communication or my consent, the hotel unilaterally changed the room type I booked. The online room pictures were significantly different from the actual room I stayed in. Upon arrival, I found the room had no sofa. Only after contacting customer service was I informed that the hotel was fully booked for the day and couldn't make any changes. The customer service claimed that some rooms had sofas and some didn't, but in my opinion, these are simply different room types! 2. The toiletries provided were incredibly shoddy: I was halfway through my shower at past 10 PM when I realized there was no shower gel; there was also no hand soap at the washbasin. Basic necessities were not adequately stocked. 3. I could probably endure the above and still manage to sleep, but what was absolutely unbearable was the terrible, truly disastrous soundproofing. I have never stayed in a room with such poor sound insulation! Noise from all directions was crystal clear: children running in the hallway, guests chattering, and constant dragging of tables, chairs, and stools upstairs throughout the night, creating a continuous, piercing noise that made it impossible to sleep peacefully. The owner did provide three pairs of earplugs, but they felt like foreign objects and were very uncomfortable. Why should I pay money to suffer like this? I came to Laojun Mountain to relax and enjoy myself, but my first night here was such a torment, seriously affecting my overall travel mood. If I hadn't been with my child and if it hadn't been so late, I would have definitely checked out! So, despite the inconvenience and disruption to my itinerary, I still contacted Trip.com customer service that evening to cancel the second night and booked a new guesthouse! 4. The air conditioner was incredibly loud, like an engine running in the room! What's ironically laughable is that given the terrible soundproofing of the room, I actually wished the AC noise was loud enough to drown out the noise from all sides, upstairs, and downstairs! 5. There were issues with communication via WeChat customer service; every time I had to discuss something, I had to re-explain the information, which was a huge waste of time. For example, regarding the issue of picking me up at the scenic area entrance late at night, you can refer to the WeChat screenshots – I won't bother to elaborate further! 6. The smart toilet sprayed water onto my private parts as soon as I sat down... you can imagine the rest. Of course, there were some good points: the service attitude was quite good. They reminded me it was raining before I even checked in, the food at the restaurant was delicious, and by ordering dinner in advance on the highway, I was able to eat, and the owner picked us up at the scenic area entrance at night! The guesthouse provided hiking poles! And they gave us a prayer plaque when we left! I have given this negative review very seriously and objectively!"

We changed directly from the parent-child room to the viewing room. It is much more beautiful. You can see the golden roof at night facing Laojun Mountain. It is also very relaxing to blow in the camp at night. Children like the trampoline park the most. The shuttle bus has been quickly arranged. Breakfast is not very good. But after breakfast, the main building walked up to the viewing pavilion. The scenery is very good. It is a recommended homestay!"
