"No welcome drink on arrival, scrappy papers stuck to the reception desk in public view, no porter to assist with luggage Room very basic poor tv channel quality with some channels having no sound. Room was clean though amenities are poor. I would expect a turn down service for price paid and a small gesture such as a biscuit with the tea and coffee facilities and at-least a fresh milk pods instead of Cremora. Plenty of clean towels and linen was of good quality. Restaurant was fair priced and reasonable selection with food presented reasonably though nothing extravagant or special. Breakfast is very interesting, lacks the basics such as grilled tomatoes missing not seen in 5 days. One day hash browns the following none but then appears that the buffet from a conference the day before is dumped at breakfast as I saw things from chicken curry to peas and carrots to chicken goujons and then boiled egg curry at some point on the breakfast buffet. Not a decent croissant or banana loaf in site. Hotel has the fittings but lacks so much in so many ways so in my option is not very good value for money."

"Our group recently traveled to Lusaka and had the pleasure of staying at Latitude 15 for five days and four nights. From the moment we arrived, it was clear this was not just any hotel—it’s a place full of character, charm, and thoughtful design. The artwork throughout the property is stunning, and the rooms, pools, and outdoor spaces create a relaxing and inspiring atmosphere. What truly made our stay unforgettable, however, was the exceptional staff. A special thank you to Happy, Mary, and Isaiel, who took such great care of our group during meals. They consistently went above and beyond—always greeting us with warm smiles, ensuring everything was perfectly set up before we arrived, and handling any requests or challenges with ease and professionalism. Their attention to detail and genuine hospitality made a lasting impression on all of us. If you’re traveling to Lusaka and looking for a hotel that offers both unique style and truly outstanding service, I cannot recommend Latitude 15 highly enough."

"Not ideal for family bookings. Only book this place if in an emergency on a solo trip. It took us close to an hour for the security to let us into the hotel premises. Apparently the officer with the keys to the gate was sleeping or something... After entering the building, the receptionist still had trouble finding our booking because we booked via trip.com. We were checked into our room and this followed by repeated calls from the admin let us know he missed one or two things to the extent of bringing us a room inventory sheet to sign off. Interestingly the interior kind of beat my expectations however the atmosphere was cold and stuffy. I ended up with a cough by time of checking out. The shower worked just fine but, the water took 30minutes to drain making it a very unpleasant and disgusting experience. Absolutely not worth the $55 The booking came with a standard English breakfast and this was simply a disaster. My wife and I were served stale bread with contaminated harmful mold. The only thing I could eat was my egg omelette. I reported this to the receptionist and to my surprise, all she could say was sorry. No replacement whatsoever."

"The room is big; the AC didn’t work; the fan made too much noise; the water pump was roaring through night so we could not sleep. Lot of mosquitoes in the room and we got many bites over faces, hands and legs. WiFi didn’t work inside the room. We had to sit outside to use it. Breakfast was the worst one(in the picture below) a plate with 2 fried eggs and 4 toasties for 2 people and that we had for each morning (4 days) there, also a jug of hot water and 2 tea bags. I don’t know how they can treat their customers like that. Overall, unpleasant stay at this place and for sure, we don’t want anyone to have bad experience on holiday."
