"The hotel is nice. However, the weather was not so good. The hotel is not too far from Kyoto station but not close to any major attractions by walking.  Terrence is comfortable with a nice view over the garden and Japanese not call amenities. Maiko performance are available on Tuesdays and Sundays. Food is good. "

"作為酒店中的貴族，這個價格當然讓我們期待值也非常高。 京都安縵的賣點就是花園，我想這個在全世界的酒店環境中也是很能打的，環境非常優美，空氣清新，哪都不去在酒店呆著都是很舒服的，適合度假，旅遊逛景點的話倒是可惜了。 但比起花園，最讓我印象深刻的是服務。以前覺得五星酒店服務都差不多，但見到這裏的工作人員才真的感受到什麼到把服務意識放進心裏。全程沒有對我們的任何請求提過半個不字，對於我們的生活習慣，他們會記住並且每天準備好我們需要的東西。工作人員的英語整體好很多，英語無障礙交流。我們不想浪費早餐麪包，詢問工作人員是否可以打包後等了很久，等到的是一包包塑封好並放進紙袋的麪包。 最讓我震驚的是我們到達下一個酒店後，這家酒店的工作人員告訴我們安縵聯繫了他們，讓他們準備好接待我們。我們仔細想了想，唯一的可能就是拜託他們叫了出租車，他們就知道我們要來這裏入住了。這個細節真的感動到了我們 缺點的話就是交通很不方便，畢竟在山裡，所以才有這麼好的景色。房間設施也就一般五星標準，沒有私湯，整個酒店沒有健身房。 總體而言，價格極貴，但家人表示有機會仍願意體驗，呆在酒店享受無微不至，賓至如歸的服務和美景就足夠奢侈了。"

"Exquisite service, one of the best I have ever experienced, even better than Aman Tokyo, every stuff try to satisfy our demand the best they can, crazy part is about 50% stuff memorized my name, shows how much they cared about the customer. They bow when they see you and only stop bowing after you went so far that you can’t see them anymore. I tried to order room 701 but it was full but room 606 is still fantastic. However the breakfast is underwhelming, the food is limited, not even half as good as intercontinental in Los Angeles which is a huge letdown since this is the best Park Hyatt in my opinion."

"酒店位置非常特別，從熱熱鬧鬧的嵐山商業區，坐船沿着小河逆流而上，一路風光秀美，十幾分鍾就到達處於翠綠山谷中小河岸上的酒店，十分的幽靜，像一個小小的世外桃源，非常稀有和寶貴。 酒店的房間是日式風格，有一種古樸的美感，而且設施齊全乾凈整潔。最值得稱道的還是房間內的美和窗外的美景相映成趣，讓人沉醉其中… 在這裏真的會感歎自然之美和人工之美的結合能有多麼完美，多麼動人心絃。5月是楓樹開花的季節，窗外嫩綠的楓葉，配上點點紅色的楓樹小花，已經美得讓人心醉，要是秋天楓樹滿樹艷紅，那種極致的美會動人心魄。 酒店的服務非常的不錯，服務人員都非常親切和禮貌，有賓至如歸的感覺。特別是早餐是送到房間裏，擺上一桌子，很豐盛很有特色，一邊看着窗外美景一邊享受美食。 這個酒店雖然價格不菲，但對於想探尋京都自然之美和日本傳統之美的人，對於期待極致居所美感的人，對於喜歡幽靜世外桃源的人，是值得在不同的季節去住幾次的地方。"

"環境優美，食物好吃， 交通上叫的士也沒問題， 酒店可以提供單車騎行， 去到老城區的主要景點20-40分鐘。 服務很好，是個好酒店， 但是對比其他相同的奢華酒店，活動或者體驗內容會偏少。"

"We loved our stay at Hotel the Mitsui. Super nice and zen design . Absolutely adore their lobby area, which I think is designed by Andre Fu. Always drawn into his work somehow. Breakfast food was okay, but the view really made up everything l. Super relaxing & beautiful Service was great. Most of them were able to speak English proficiently. There’s a thermal spring at their basement, which you have to call the reception before you go to ensure there’s enough space. Everything was well prepared, including swimwear, disposable underpants, towels, water, etc. Since they control the # of people, everyone has their own space and it still feels very private. Room is nice with many details. Love their huge selection of pillows available for guests. It’s not huge, but the space is well used. Location wise, I wouldn’t say it’s the most convenient, but if you take a cab, everything is reachable in 20 mins max, so it’s not too bad. There are still good restaurants and touristy places to go that are in walkable distance, so it’s not middle of nowhere. Overall, fantastic experience which I will recommend for others!"

"Very elegant historical hotel with rooms more like houses than just a hotel room. A hidden gem in Kyoto which can be classified as a national treasure. Service quality both in room dining and outside restaurants of extremely high standards. The historic Japanese zen gardens also very well maintained and kept. The entire hotel staff and managers very nice and professional as well. 6 star quality service as a whole."

"The hotel is nested in a quiet corner, within walking distance of Sagaogurayama Tabuchiyamacho. Im however a bit disappointed with the limited facilites it offered when compared to the price we paid. We stayed in the Tsukinone Twin Room which is on the third floor of the building. The view is pleasant. The room is of decent size. Yet there were no public onsens. We need to pay YEN5000 for 45 minutes and there are only 2 private onsens. For more luxurious rooms with private onsen, the one I visited was on the ground level with no views as it were by the pathway to the reception , separated by wooden planks. We paid around Yen5000 for the breakfast in the hotel, Both western and japanese breakfasts were offered. We tried both. It is of standard. The 4 different juices presented on the top of the bento box was impressive. The vaccinity is pleasant. We could walk to the train station, the tourist rown area , the nearby parks and the world heritage sites. Nice area ."

"Kyoto'daki Ritz-Carlton, Osaka'daki Ritz-Carlton'dan çok daha az maliyet etkindir. Hem iki kat pahalı hem de Japon ve Amerikan kahvaltıları o kadar da iyi değil. Ancak udon eriştesi veya meyve tabağı için özel istekte bulunabilirsiniz. Servis hala çok coşkulu. Otel Kamogawa Nehri kıyısında yer alıyor ve nehir boyunca yürüyüş yapmak oldukça konforlu. Ayrıca gündüzleri Nishiki Pazarı'na, geceleri ise Pontocho'ya yürüyerek gidip yemek ve alışveriş yapmak da güzel bir deneyim olacaktır. Eğer alışverişten sıkıldıysanız, otelinizin spa'sından faydalanabilirsiniz ancak oldukça pahalı olduğundan önceden randevu almayı unutmayın."

"Kyoto'ya yaptığımız Yılbaşı gezisi Qinglong Oteli'nin kutsamasıyla daha da unutulmaz oldu. Öncelikle otelin konumu mükemmel. Yasaka Tapınağı ve Kiyomizu Tapınağı'na yürüme mesafesinde. Ayrıca, erzakları yenilemek için Shijo Kawase-cho'ya otobüsle gitmek de uygun. Akşam Higashiyama'da akşam yemeğinden sonra otele geri döndüm. Turistlerin olmadığı Ninenzaka ve Sannenzaka sessiz ve sade. İkincisi, otelin konuk salonu çocuklu aileler için çok uygun. Yorulduğumuzda bir şeyler yemek ve dinlenmek için geri döndük. Çocuklar da burada kendi matcha ve kahvelerini yapabilirler. Ayrıca, matcha öğretim kursları ve dans gösterileri var. Matcha öğrenimi için randevu gerekiyor. Az önce giriş yaptığım ve randevu almam gerektiğini bilmediğim için bunu kaçıracağımı düşündüm. Beklenmedik bir şekilde, salon personeli birinin iptal ettiğini teyit etmeme yardımcı oldu ve hemen benim için ayarladı. Otelin kahvaltısı çok lezzetliydi. Otelin suşi barına da gittik (sadece zaman zaman açık olsa da), ancak çiğ gıda yemeyen çocuklar için çok cana yakın olan udon eriştesi gibi başka seçenekler de olacak. Otel personeli çok hevesli ve dışarı çıktıklarında her döndüklerinde selam veriyorlar. Hijyen de çok temizdi. Çocuklar için bir yıkama kabı ve terlik seti sağlayacaklarını ilk söylediğimde (ama havluları söylemeyi unuttum), temizlik personelinin bunu benim için düşüneceğini beklemiyordum ve her gün yeterli havlu sağlayacaklardı. Ayrıca lezzetli karşılama pirinç kekleri ve her gece yatak açma çikolataları vardı. Son olarak, odadaki çok çeşitli ücretsiz buzdolabı içeceklerini övmek istiyorum. Salondaki şarap ve atıştırmalıklar Kyoto tarzında, biraz tadım tarzı gibi ve hızla yenileniyorlar. Ayrıca havaalanında otelden aynı erik şarabından bir şişe getirdim. Çıkış günü sabahı kar yağıyordu, mükemmel! Her yerinde düşünceliliğin olduğu bir otel, yavaş yavaş deneyimlenmeye değer!"
