Although I didn’t have a chance to sample the hotel’s dining options, every other aspect of my stay was faultless. "Çok iyi bir konuma ve resepsiyonistin çok iyi hizmetine sahip bir otel. Otelin durumu mükemmel, hiçbir şikayetim yok. Oda geniş, banyo temiz, tuvalet duştan ayrı, odanın küçük bir bölümünde temizlik görevlisi her gün temizlik yapıyor. Otelde bir kaplıca, spor salonu ve restoran var. Tavsiye ederim. Kyoto'ya gelirseniz mutlaka bu otele uğrayın. Gerçekten çok iyi."

"I had a wonderful stay at this ryokan in Kyoto! The location is very convenient, right next to the subway station, which made getting around the city super easy. The facilities were spotless and well-maintained, creating a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. I really enjoyed the whole experience—from the warm hospitality to the little thoughtful touches throughout the stay. The free ramen in the evening was a highlight—it was absolutely delicious! I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Kyoto and would definitely stay here again."

"Excellent hotel! Right by the Nara Station, and 20 mins walk from Deer Park. The staff are lovely and the room is perfectly comfortable with everything you need. They leave little dessert snacks for you in the fridge which is a nice touch. The onsen was excellent! They have yogurt drinks in the morning and ice creams in the evening to enjoy for free. The free massage chairs were also excellent. Tea, coffee, cafe lattes, and matcha lattes are also available for free throughout the day and night. At night they offer free delicious ramen as a midnight snack! Absolutely great hotel, I would definitely recommend! Loved it here. Great value"

"Şiddetle tavsiye edilir! Ortam hoş, servis mükemmel ve personel dost canlısı ve ulaşılabilir. Özellikle kızımın 45 dakikadan uzun süren şiddetli burun kanaması geçirdiğinde bize yardım eden Çinli bir tezgah çalışanına minnettarım. Son derece endişeliydik ve yardım için tezgaha ulaştık. Hemen yanıt verdi, ambulansı harekete geçirdi ve tüm süreç boyunca dikkatli kaldı. Ambulans hızla geldi ve tıbbi personel hem nazik hem de bilgiliydi, kanamayı nasıl durduracağımız konusunda bize rehberlik ettiler. Neyse ki kanama durdu ve hastaneyi ziyaret etmemize gerek kalmadı. Ayrıca kahvaltı, her oda için özel bir bölmede servis edilen özel geleneksel yemekler içeren keyifli bir deneyimdi. Kaplıca da benzersizdi ve daha samimi ve rahatlatıcı bir deneyim için özel odalar sunuyordu."

"The ryokan is in a very center position near the entrance of the park. The staff was wonderful and very accommodating. All amenities were provided. We had the tatami room with no view and I gotta say it smelled a little bit weird, but other than that it was a very nice stay. We were able to enjoy the public onsen at the top floor as well."

"We’ve had the best stay at Ryokan Hirashin! The room was very clean, the size amazingly big, futons very comfortable, there was a big pot that always holds hot temperature. The staff very friendly and welcoming. Onsen was amazing, too. The location is just perfect! It’s 2 stops from Kyoto station and so close to Nishiki market and then also Gion district, plus very convenient if you’re a nighttime lover cuz you can just walk back home. It takes kinda same time to go to other further places like Fushimi Inari or Arashiyama, as it’s located kinda in the middle of them all. I’d say the pictures don’t really give you the vibe, it feels much better when you’re in there. To sum up, it’s a traditional looking ryokan room but in the hotel building, which in convenient cuz you don’t need to be too quiet as in more traditional ones. I highly highly highly recommend this place, we’ve really had the best time here!"

"Hotel was very pleasant to stay at nice staff and onsen is included. However tattoos are not allowed so make sure you hide them with bandages (cultural reasons)."

"酒店的確是非常非常乾淨整潔，每位服務人員的服務都特別好，尤其是那位金髮的白人姐姐，非常的細緻温柔，還給了酒店周邊美食、旅遊地圖，很貼心。酒店歐美的客人也比較多，想體驗日式民宿和榻榻米的可以考慮，主要是比別的民宿乾淨啊。 不足之處就是畢竟是老町屋內部翻新裝修的，衞生間擠了點。 之前也考慮過景點附近的日式榻榻米酒店，但看到評論裏又是不乾淨又是蟲子什麼的，所有寧可遠點也選擇她們家，看來除了交通略遠點，其它都是非常不錯的。 對了，酒店邊上有家烏冬面味道非常不錯，營業到晚上十點。馬路對面的橫綱拉麪千萬要避雷，在日本10多天是最難吃的，是難吃不是不好吃！而且還貴！"
