超出預期，特別滿意。 我是一個人旅行，提前聯繫老闆娘會開車到附近車站來接。最後也會幫忙送到車站。老闆會英語，基本溝通沒有問題。 服務特別熱情，特別是包的晚餐加早餐，簡直是米其林級別，根據你選擇的用餐時間現做，一道一道上，非常經典的日式料理，因為種類多真的吃到撐。味道很好，顏值也高。 老闆給升級了私湯，非常舒服。房間各種空調，地暖的配置也很齊全。專門配有浴衣，連適合木屐的傳統襪子都有~ 民宿在山上，我個人喜歡爬山，沿着盤山公路走了幾公里，能欣賞到原始的日本高山風景，有很多小瀑布。周邊其他吃的玩的倒是沒有，比較安靜。

We took a taxi to this location because it was a little too far by bus, and we had all of our luggage with us. The location is beautiful. If you're only staying for one night like we did, then you should check in at the earliest (3:00 pm) so you can explore the local area. There are some really nice shrines nearby. We were only able to do this after breakfast the next morning. We also had to be out by 10:00 am, which surprised us because it was listed as 11:00 am on Trip.com. You will be served traditional Japanese cuisine for dinner and breakfast. They do an excellent job of presenting all of the dishes, and the service is also incredible. But if you're not used to eating raw fish, or traditional Japanese cuisine in general, you should definitely bring your own snacks to eat in your room! We stayed in the Garden view room with tatami mats. The staff will actually rearrange the room for you during dinner and set up your beds if you select this room. That was a very nice touch, so make sure you don't leave your room a total mess before dinner! I have added a picture of the beds after they were set up. The garden view was well worth the money we spent for it. Very relaxing and beautiful. And surprisingly enough...the tatami beds were super comfortable and warm!

Service: Fantastic! Staff are extremely helpful and kind, thank you! We're offered welcome drink and dessert. Staff even helped to bring our luggages to the room. Facilities: Great! Very quiet and private. Everything in the room are complimentary :) Room: Everything's great! Onsen in room is nice! To improve: Have more hooks/space to hang clothes will be even better. Bed is too soft to our likings. We didn't use the chair in the shower area too..

A Perfect Blend of Tradition and Comfort in Kyoto During my recent stay at Saka Hotel Kyoto, I was immediately struck by its peaceful surroundings and inviting atmosphere. Soft earth tones, tasteful décor, and well-chosen furnishings created an atmosphere that was both chic and peaceful. The spacious bathtub, in particular, stood out as the perfect place to unwind after wandering Kyoto’s centuries-old streets. Although I didn’t have a chance to sample the hotel’s dining options, every other aspect of my stay was faultless. The exquisite decor, the serene environment, and the staff’s unparalleled service exceeded all my expectations. If you’re seeking a sophisticated, relaxing retreat that still allows you to easily explore Kyoto’s rich cultural heritage, Saka Hotel Kyoto is an excellent choice.

Otel iyi bir konumda, ancak kaplıca küçük ve kalabalık. İşte asıl sorun: Akşam yemeğinde otel personelinden yemek çubukları istedim ve bana B1 katından almamı söyledi, ama orada yoktu. Ondan sonra resepsiyonda kimse yoktu. Çok kaba davrandılar. Sabah çıkış yapmamız için iki kez aradılar.

The location was great, close to shops, restaurants, night life, blah blah blah. Typical Japanese hotel experience: tiny room, 100% plastic bathroom, pick up your pillow, pjs, amenities in the lobby… If you want your room cleaned, it is a four-hour process from 11:00am to 3:00pm during which time you cannot use your room and the door to your room remains propped open.  But…free booze from 6:00-8:00pm more than makes up for all of the other inconveniences!

Very nice ambience and a new luxurious hotel in Kyoto close to the 清水寺。 Restaurant choices are quite limited inside the hotel complex but they have got a great spa with excellent service staff. Down the hill should be some international restaurants at Park Hyatt Kyoto another luxurious five star hotel. Breakfast bento boxes not too appetising and not much food selections for in room dining as well. But the neighbourhood was quiet and nice.

Hotel was very pleasant to stay at nice staff and onsen is included. However tattoos are not allowed so make sure you hide them with bandages (cultural reasons).

We loved our stay at Hotel the Mitsui. Super nice and zen design . Absolutely adore their lobby area, which I think is designed by Andre Fu. Always drawn into his work somehow. Breakfast food was okay, but the view really made up everything l. Super relaxing & beautiful Service was great. Most of them were able to speak English proficiently. There’s a thermal spring at their basement, which you have to call the reception before you go to ensure there’s enough space. Everything was well prepared, including swimwear, disposable underpants, towels, water, etc. Since they control the # of people, everyone has their own space and it still feels very private. Room is nice with many details. Love their huge selection of pillows available for guests. It’s not huge, but the space is well used. Location wise, I wouldn’t say it’s the most convenient, but if you take a cab, everything is reachable in 20 mins max, so it’s not too bad. There are still good restaurants and touristy places to go that are in walkable distance, so it’s not middle of nowhere. Overall, fantastic experience which I will recommend for others!

Отель, в целом, неплохой. Он находится в живописном месте, откуда можно дойти пешком за 15 минут до остановки автобуса, однако отель также предлагает бесплатный трансфер. Номера неновые, но всё было комфортно. Купальни небольшие, буквально на 4-5 человек, но народу было немного, поэтому было ок. Отдельный интересный опыт – это самому готовить ужин. Я к такому не был готов, однако получилось неплохо. Завтрак вкусный. Не очень удобно было то, что туалеты и умывальники находились в разных местах. Если ваш номер находится в отдалении, то придётся далеко ходить.
