"Amazing hospitality especially by the villa concierge Chan. The Banyan Tree team also provided many unique touchpoints that distinguish them from other hotels. For example, at check in, we were given a lotus flower and learnt how to fold the lotus petals. When we reached the villa, we were guided by Chan to release the lotus flower in the pool, symbolizing releasing bad karma and inviting positivity into our lives. Throughout the stay, there were various essential oils and pillow styles available to choose from. Guest services were also happy to comply with requests for ice, and any other additional requests we had, such as turn down services conducted at a later or earlier time, according to our itinerary. At checkout, we were also presented with a farewell drink, and a small token to remember our stay at the Banyan Tree Samui. In totality, this stay exceeded all our expectations and we look forward to returning in future."

"Best experience at this hotel. The spa was amazing. The two therapist which we used were Apple and smile. Both were absolutely wonderful and helped with my tendinitis in my arm. The staff and the manager Porsche did everything possible to make our stay comfortable. I must say the breakfast is the best, the croissants and pastries Were just like ones in Paris highly recommend. "

"Great views, but underwhelming service and food quality. Also, we are taking the half board with a dinner included, but unlike the buffet dinner that we have, thought it was just one starter, main course, and dessert, so be careful that you take the half board. Small things in service were missing. For instance, the attentiveness with which food was being served, the room service, and the housekeeping lacked the finesse. Very small beach and quite rocky, so while you can have great views of the ocean, you can’t really enjoy the water."

"The general experience was great, beautiful facilities, great service, but this hotel is more for families with older children because they don’t have a children playroom. Other than that, overall we had an excellent time there though."

"Honeymoon Perfection at Six Senses Samui. We recently booked a stay at Six Senses Samui for our honeymoon, and it was nothing short of magical. From the moment we arrived, the service, amenities, and attention to detail were absolutely amazing. Every staff member provided exceptional hospitality, making us feel truly special. A special mention goes to the manager, Nirob, and his outstanding team, who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was unforgettable. The food was another highlight of our experience. Six Senses Samui’s commitment to sustainability is evident, with many ingredients sourced directly from their onsite garden and within Thailand. Every dish was fresh, flavorful, and thoughtfully prepared. The room decor is breathtaking, blending luxury with nature in a beautiful jungle fever style. It felt like a serene oasis, perfectly designed for relaxation and unwinding. We will most definitely be back and highly recommend Six Senses Samui to anyone visiting Koh Samui who wants to relax, recharge, and experience unparalleled hospitality. It truly lives up to its stellar reputation and star rating!"

"My recent stay at Cape Fahn Hotel, Koh Samui, was nothing short of extraordinary. From the moment I arrived on the private island, I was enveloped in a world of luxury, tranquility, and unparalleled beauty. The resort’s location is simply breathtaking. Situated on a secluded island off the coast of Koh Samui, Cape Fahn offers a level of privacy and exclusivity that is unmatched. Accessible only by boat, the journey to the island sets the tone for an unforgettable escape from the ordinary. Upon arrival, I was greeted with warm hospitality and a refreshing welcome drink. The staff’s attention to detail was evident throughout my stay, from the seamless check-in process to the thoughtful gestures that made me feel like a valued guest. My villa exceeded all expectations. Perched on the edge of the azure sea, it offered panoramic views of the ocean and surrounding islands. The interior design was elegant and refined, with every amenity imaginable to ensure a comfortable and luxurious stay. The private infinity pool and spacious terrace provided the perfect setting for relaxation and contemplation. Dining at Cape Fahn was a culinary delight. The resort’s restaurants served a variety of gourmet dishes inspired by local flavors, each prepared with precision and creativity. Whether enjoying a romantic dinner under the stars or a leisurely lunch by the pool, every meal was a feast for the senses. The resort’s facilities were equally impressive. From the infinity-edge swimming pool to the state-of-the-art fitness center, there was no shortage of ways to unwind and rejuvenate. I particularly enjoyed the spa, where I indulged in a blissful massage overlooking the ocean, leaving me feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. Overall, my experience at Cape Fahn Hotel, Koh Samui, surpassed all expectations. It’s a sanctuary of luxury and serenity, where every moment is cherished and every need is anticipated. I can’t wait to return to this hidden gem in paradise."

"From the moment we arrived at the Ritz Carlton Koh Samui, the staffs greeted us offering cold towels and refreshing drinks as we admired the stunning view by the lobby. The hospitality was genuine and consistent throughout our stay—attentive but never intrusive.
Our room was spectacular and the view by our balcony were just beautiful. Spacious, spotless, and beautifully designed. The room was thoughtfully laid out with plush bedding, high-end amenities, and floor-to-ceiling windows that let the natural beauty shine in. Everything felt fresh, peaceful, and indulgent. The staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and genuinely invested in making sure every part of our stay was perfect. Whether it was housekeeping, room service, or the concierge, everyone went above and beyond with a smile. Even small requests were handled quickly and with care. The breakfast was delicious and diverse. We enjoyed every meal at the on-site restaurant, which offered a mix of local specialties and international favorites. The breakfast buffet was especially impressive—fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented, with something for every palate. The hotel offers everything you need to relax and enjoy. The pool area is gorgeous and peaceful, the spa is serene and expertly run, and the lounge spaces are inviting and stylish. Fast Wi-Fi, great fitness facilities, and excellent room service rounded out the experience. The Ritz Carlton Koh Samui is the kind of place to remember long after you've checked out. It’s perfect for a getaway. With its unbeatable views, warm service, and luxury comforts, it’s easily one of the best hotel experiences we’ve had! 🫶🏼"
