"Thank you so much to Zimo customer service! They even helped clean up afterward. There were a lot of mosquitoes the night we checked in. The reason was that I'd opened the window during the day, but no one warned me. I'm used to opening the window as soon as I walk in, and it ruined my sleep. Fortunately, I negotiated with the front desk and got a room change. I paid cash on the spot, and it was over $100 cheaper than my previous room. It seems Ctrip is being too shady. Also, Ctrip's overseas customer service isn't very helpful; don't count on it; you'll have to rely on yourself! They don't give points for reviews, and I won't post pictures anymore; it wastes my data."

"The location is great. The hotel has a first-class decoration environment. One side faces the river with beautiful scenery, and the other side is connected to the hotel circle, business district, food and entertainment, including the Lyon Museum of Art, which is within walking distance. Opposite the hotel, 20 meters away is a Michelin restaurant with moderate prices and great taste. It will still be my first choice next time I go to Lyon."

"The hotel is located in the Old Town. When I initially booked it, a platform oversight meant I didn't get a detailed understanding of the room types. I was shocked that a 5-star hotel would have rooms resembling Hong Kong's 'coffin homes.' I had booked for two nights but ended up fleeing after just one. The person who checked me in on the first day suggested we could leave (without explicitly stating that the second night's booking couldn't be canceled). When I actually checked out the next day, a different staff member said I couldn't get a refund, claiming the previous night's receptionist didn't have the authority. It was really frustrating 😓; they just pushed the blame onto temporary staff. This whole experience has taught us a lesson: always remember to keep proof in the future."

"All are good, very local. This hotel was found by the Ctrip customer service manager when I was refused entry because I didn't bring my credit card and was forced to use my credit card as a deposit by the previous hotel. I dragged my suitcase and prepaid on Ctrip while walking. When I got to the store, I was allowed in without even seeing my passport. It is possible that the Ctrip manager called first. The breakfast is not expensive at 8 euros, but there are no hot dishes such as eggs and bacon. The soundproofing of the room is not very good. I don't know why there were many parents with children on each floor that day, but Lyon has many children. The room is also relatively small, basically leaving a walking space between the bed and the table. The bathroom is OK, with a bathtub. The room price is still a little expensive compared to the facilities. The room card key is a bit special."

"It's right next to a railway. The soundproofing is OK. There are 2 doors on the balcony. There is no TV in the room, no slippers, no toiletries, only body soap and shampoo, and no paper cups. You can ask the bar for free hot water. If you pay on Ctrip, the front desk cannot issue an invoice. There is a front desk who speaks a little Chinese. Breakfast is 16 euros per person, not much, but tastes good. UnionPay card payment is not supported, and MasterCard magnetic stripe card swiping was also unsuccessful."
