It was a bit crowded when I checked in, but they were efficient and incredibly helpful, always smiling and patiently answering all my questions. Later, I had a small problem that they quickly resolved, and they even asked if I was comfortable with my stay when I checked out – very thoughtful. The room was very clean, with the simple style I like. The mattress and pillows were just the right firmness; I slept soundly through the night. The soundproofing was excellent; I couldn't hear anything in the hallway or outside the window, resulting in a fantastic night's sleep. The bathroom was spacious, hot water came quickly, and showering was comfortable. The toothbrushes and towels were neatly arranged, which was pleasing to the eye.
