"1. Seriously, avoid this place! Around 7 AM, two of us were woken up by intense itching all over our bodies. Our skin was red and covered in small bumps from scratching. When we complained to the front desk, they just said, "No one else has this problem," without even checking the bedding for cleanliness, and then went back to sleep! Of course, I know the front desk can't handle this. They said they'd wait for the manager to come and contact them, but no one checked on us until we checked out. I don't believe that the fact that no one else had this problem is an excuse. Did they think my itching just appeared out of nowhere? Did I pretend to scratch to cause trouble? We paid money, didn't get a good night's sleep, and suffered terribly. The hygiene was perfunctory, and the after-sales service was even more so. I will never come back!"

"The location is great, right next to Guanshan Lake Park and a number of shopping malls, including the Golden Eagle Shopping Center. A Didi fare from East Station is only a dozen yuan, which is very convenient. There's also an e-scooter right outside, making it easy to get around. The hotel facilities are nice, and the service is excellent. The only downside is the soundproofing. I don't know if it was my room, but I could clearly hear the TV next door, and even hear the male and female kung fu scene behind me. Fortunately, it didn't make it past midnight. It's been a while since I've encountered a hotel with such impressive soundproofing. Sorry, I can't give it a perfect score."

"Leaving aside the terrible room, the staff were incredibly rude. There was no welcome greeting, and not a single smile during check-in. They acted like royalty, making me very uncomfortable. Girl, if you're unhappy at work, go home, okay? Besides, the hotel was tiny and cramped; it felt like you could touch the ceiling with your hand. And what's with the toilet right next to the bed...? And it even has a transparent glass door... If someone's using the toilet inside, the person on the bed can just turn their head and their eyes will be right in their face..."

I drove here, and the parking lot had plenty of spaces, making getting in and out effortless – a huge advantage for drivers. The lobby felt very comfortable from the start. It wasn't the cold, impersonal kind of luxury; it was warm and clean, with soft lighting that instantly put me at ease. I especially want to mention Xiao Luo and Xiao Ji at the front desk. It was a bit crowded when I checked in, but they were efficient and incredibly helpful, always smiling and patiently answering all my questions. Later, I had a small problem that they quickly resolved, and they even asked if I was comfortable with my stay when I checked out – very thoughtful. The room was very clean, with the simple style I like. The mattress and pillows were just the right firmness; I slept soundly through the night. The soundproofing was excellent; I couldn't hear anything in the hallway or outside the window, resulting in a fantastic night's sleep. The bathroom was spacious, hot water came quickly, and showering was comfortable. The toothbrushes and towels were neatly arranged, which was pleasing to the eye. Overall, this stay was definitely worthwhile. Whether you're traveling for business or leisure, this place is suitable. The service was pleasant, and the environment was quiet and clean. I will definitely choose this place again next time I'm in the area, and I've already shared it with my friends. Highly recommended!"

"The front desk service was exceptional – warm and polite. The room windows are fitted with double-layered soundproofing, so it's perfectly quiet when both inner and outer windows are closed. Free parking in the underground garage was very convenient, and the self-service laundry and gym were also a great plus. Housekeeping was incredibly responsive, and the thoughtful details weren't forced but genuinely attentive, making the stay incredibly comfortable. The room itself was spacious, bright, clean, and cozy, with a very comfortable mattress. The delivery robot bringing food directly to the room was a nice touch. Check-out was smooth with quick invoice processing, and they even upgraded my room type upon arrival. The room came with high-end Peter Thomas Roth toiletries; the body lotion was very moisturizing and smelled lovely. These small, thoughtful details made the trip feel like a comfortable home away from home. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I'm in this city."

"Thoroughly good experience since checking in. Hotel staffs at front desks are all very professional, friendly and helpful. Check-in process is easy and quick, the staffs even served hot tea while processing the registration, offered water whenever I sit at lobby. The room is clean, all facilities are in working and good condition. Location is excellent too, within walking distance to pretty much everywhere (restaurants, shops, bars etc..). Breakfast options are plenty, and they are all delicious. Certainly would be my first choice if I ever come back here in future."
