"Firstly, after having received the access card to room 209, I met a couple in underwear, which caused me and that couple a disgraceful experience, such a failure is unacceptable in a hotel. The room had no air conditioning and TV controls, I had to turn off the TV manually. Finally, around 09.30h, I was wake up by a work, a furnace near my room, which interrupted my sleep, and after interphoned at the reception, the same told me that it would be a scheduled maintenance, I searched the hotel for a bathroom and rest, and the minimum to do would be a change of room, or a delay in retirement before I paid for the room."
