Riviera Mackay

The Resort at Dolphin Heads

"The view was amazing and there was laundry Services we were there for work so we could use that and it was a great stay overall"

White Lace Motor Inn Mackay

"Oh dear! The front - desk service here is truly abysmal. They didn't bother to inform us in advance about how to get to our pre - booked rooms. Moreover, they even tried to take away our room keys. The room facilities are extremely shabby. We had no quilts, just a dirty blanket. It's so noisy around here and the sound insulation is so poor that we can hardly get a good night's sleep. I booked two types of rooms, one standard queen - sized bed room and the other a twin - bed room. But instead of giving us the twin - bed room, the hotel put us in a six - person apartment. It's just a complete disaster! The worst part is the service of the front - desk manager. Because of this hotel, my impression of Mackay is really not good at all! If you're coming to Mackay, please don't stay here."

Windmill Motel and Events Centre

"Was a great area. Room was perfect for what I needed for my family. A little dust and areas behind cabinets that could have been a little cleaner same with plates cups and cutlery. But over all a great place and will stay again when in mackay ☺️"
