"The hotel is nestled in the mountains, so the terrain isn't flat, but the views and natural surroundings are absolutely stunning! Our room was spacious, and housekeeping was daily. The minibar is chargeable, though the prices were almost the same as in local shops. You can order an electric cart from anywhere on the property 24/7! We barely walked anywhere! In my opinion, this is the best hotel in Chiang Mai! However, if you need to go directly into the city, a taxi will cost 1,000 baht."

Oda temizdi ve sabun, şampuan ve losyon yüksek kaliteli L'Occitane ürünleriydi – şiddetle tavsiye edilir! Şehrin biraz dışında olduğu için sessiz ve huzurlu, gürültüden rahatsız olmuyorsunuz. Şık fotoğraflar çekmek için mükemmel olan kıyafetler de sağlıyorlar. Mekan fotoğraf çekmek için çok güzel ve personel güler yüzlü ve mükemmel hizmet veriyor. Kahvaltı fena değildi, lezzetli yemekler vardı. Kızarmış pilav çok lezzetliydi ve ekmek, kendiniz kızartabileceğiniz kruvasanlar, yumurta, sosis, jambon, çay ve kahve vardı – sizi doyuracak ve isteklerinizi karşılayacak kadar yeterliydi. Çocuklar bayıldı!"

"The location is absolutely stunning and it’s amazing sitting there/having brekkie next to a waterfall. Amazing. However, the whole place generally is really run down and very basic. Peacocks roam freely which initially is a lovely surprise but they also crap everywhere! If they at least swept up and washed the deck down, the whole place would look a bit better. Once there, you really are a bit stuck as there is nothing around locally, so you are forced to pay their inflated charges for tours/taxis etc. or pay inflated prices at their spa. The food was just ok but the staff friendly. We stayed for two nights, but once would have been enough. We stayed in one of the elevated villas which had a lovely view from our veranda but there was a main road at the back of it which you could hear! It’s such a shame as this resort could be so much better but today, it’s very expensive for what it is."

The 3 PM check-in time is already later than any other place I've stayed, but then I had to wait another 44 minutes, finally getting into my room at 3:44 PM. I felt a bit disappointed about this. My suggestion would be that if there's a delay, guests should be compensated in some way so they don't feel taken advantage of. Please consider this."

"An absolute gem in the hills of Chiang Mai We stayed as a family of five, spanning three generations — grandparents, us, and our child — and booked two pool villas for the trip. From start to finish, this resort exceeded every expectation. The scenery alone is worth the trip. Perched in the hills with sweeping views, the resort truly is a destination in itself — you don’t need to leave the property to have an incredible stay. The pool villas were fantastic, with plenty of space and privacy for the whole family, but even the standard rooms are beautifully done — you really can’t go wrong with either. What set this stay apart was the service, especially at the restaurant. A staff member named Chai went above and beyond to accommodate my parents’ food allergies, checking in on every dish and making sure they felt completely taken care of. That kind of attentiveness is rare and made all the difference for us. The food itself was outstanding throughout our stay. If you’re deciding between this and Anantara, save yourself the debate — come here instead. Between the views, the villas, the food, and the genuinely warm service, Panviman Chiang Mai is one of those rare resorts that lives up to the hype and then some. We’ll be back."
