"I hadn't used the hotel for over a year, but when I returned for work, I mentioned to the woman at the front desk, who has been there for a while, that I wanted to borrow a blanket. She said, "We'll deliver the blanket to your room. Also, the pillow you usually use has fallen out, so I can't lend it to you. Is that okay?" and remembered me!
