"The hotel is quite good. I really liked their shampoo. However, the AC in one of our rooms wasn't getting cold. They tried to fix it, but it still didn't work. Eventually, around 12:30 AM, we were asked to switch rooms. The AC in the new room was cold, but the hot water wasn't working. My suggestion is to routinely check the room conditions before offering them to guests."

"This hotel actually has good facilities and spacious rooms with pleasant views because it is close to the rice fields and there is an epic train crossing in the middle of the rice fields. Unfortunately the management is so ordinary as is the friendliness. The food menu is ordinary even though there are quite a lot of food variations. The most pleasant thing is that the swimming pool is quite large and clean and there are jacuzzi facilities."

It is written in the offer that the room price is IDR 510,000 and then the discount is IDR 181,000 with various amenities. Where are the sheets, the towels are dirty...the color is dirty. "Unfortunately, the bathroom in my room had a bad smell, and there were ants in our room. However, the staff was prompt and friendly, and the hotel's common areas were clean. It's just that our room probably needs some maintenance (there was a wooden floorboard that was chipped and slightly sunken). Since it's quite a distance to get anywhere, a shuttle is necessary, and the wait time for the shuttle is about 5 minutes. Oh, and the breakfast tasted good, but lacked variety, and the presentation could be improved; the green bean porridge yesterday seemed a bit off (a little sour). There are many activities available, such as a playground, horseback riding, and rabbits."

"My overall experience at El Hotel was quite satisfying, from the room and ambiance to the clean pool. However, what truly amazed me were the service staff, from the parking attendants to housekeeping, and there was one male staff member whose name I didn't catch... Despite it being a 3-star hotel, the staff made it feel like a 5-star experience. Their hospitality felt genuinely heartfelt. Having stayed at various star-rated hotels multiple times, I can discern between staff who serve with happy vibes and those who serve purely based on procedure. Their smiles were different, and so was their service. It seems El Hotel has implemented excellent management that values its staff, which in turn positively impacts their service to customers. Hopefully, this continues!"
